Basically, a 'friend' fakes that you have boner/hardon/stiffie/ what ever YOU want to call it. It results in people actually believing you have a hard on, and looking like a dick
How can a friend fake your hard-on?
Said person says something along the lines of 'he was looking up your shirt' Or something like that. Then he 'Claims' you have a boner, goes 'ewwwwww you have a boner', when infact you dont. His asshole friends following him round all instant agree, and make it look like i have. Its teenager logic...

Well that sounds incredibly stupid. Surely if everyone saw you didn't have a boner they'd maybe realise that your friend is being a weirdo. But still, count yourself lucky. Back in the day my friends used to just give me a hard-on then claim something else did it.

A woman being turned on by a man is not the same as the opposite. At all. Men would likely feel better about a woman likin' em. I know i would. As a woman i still just wouldnt be turned on by a guy having a boner, and peeping up my skirt. Its just plain f****** creepy.

Also i would assume they are teens, what with the whole boner joke..
I think that's kind of an old fashioned point of view to consider the differences between men and women so vast. After all, if an adult woman likes a guy, why would she find a sign of reciprocation a bad thing?

Admittedly it could be viewed as not the most dashing or romantic sign, but if it made things incredibly awkward between the two, she's unlikely to have been that hot for him in the first place.

I realise that we're somewhat going in circles here.

From what you said about the boner joke thing, yeah in light of that they probably are teens, or the friend is just immature (which he seems anyway). If they are teens though, I pretty much agree with you there.

The cockblocker shouldn't be your friend anymore. To end it, you should do the same to him, if he gets puffy, pop him in the face. He deserves an ass whoppin to put him in his place.

where in the original post did it say she liked him back? he had yet to let his feelings be known to her and so she thinks he was just staring at her. if you can pinpoint where the OP said she had a mutual attraction back then please do so

I think everyone has had 'that' friend at some point. I personally knew a few at school. I had a bad time in college though that involved a lot of backstabbing, causing me to lose my GF of 3 years and the majority of my childhood friends, so now I just have a few close ones and workmates basically.

This will make me sound like a depraved shut in, but fuck people.

I have a friend who's a dick, but he's never done that to me. I think he'd like me to get laid, he sees me kind of like a pet I think.

Only reason I'm friends with this guy is because he was using me to get closer to my sister, only once she said no did I become interesting.

This has probably been answered, but it's something like this.

"Hey, have you got a boner?"
"What? No!"
"Then why are your legs crossed?/Then why's your jumper on your lap?"
"I don't have a boner!"
"God, I bet you're looking at her tits, aren't you!"

OT: I have a friend who attempts tricks of this nature with every girl I show the slightest interest in. He's very jealous and vindictive. Not that it works. I've actually gotten fairly good at playing this stuff off and making the girl smile/giggle.

Yea, it's called banter. It's how men communicate

Being an asshole is how men communicate?
Pretty much, yes.

Don't believe anyone who think otherwise
thats not banter. banter is random conversation because of boredom.

Not necessarily an asshole, I show people I care by poking good natured fun at them, but I would considered myself an asshole because of it

I've done it to my friends and they've done it to me.
As long as its in good fun then its fine.

This. Me and my friends were out, and he was attempting to chat up a girl (to be fair, he had just screwed me over big time) so I brought our drinks over, sat on his lap and kissed him on the cheek. When the girl stared at me I just went "we met at an HIV support group."

Vengeance is fun!

I'm glad I don't have friend like that, even if I'm not a guy. I've always disliked people who try to make things uncomfortable and unpleasant for others, especially in situations that already might be a bit difficult for them.
