Book: The Gaea series by John Varley. If you have not read them, go out and do it. You will never read anything like it again.

Game: Halo 3 online. Yeah, yeah I know. I suck because I'm a Halo fan, but I am very good at it, therefore I enjoy playing it often.

Movie: Liar Liar. Simply Jim Carrey at his very best.

TV(Well, not so much tv as tv shows on the internet, but still): South Park. I can watch it endlessly.

Book-The Night Angel trilogy.
That is one of my single favourite series ever, next to Saga of Seven Suns, Stainless Steel Rat and Cities in Flight.

Game would have to any of the Doom games, I've been playing them a lot lately.

Film is probably The Fifth Element, I love that movie.

Game: Hmmm...Probably TimeSplitters Future Perfect.
Book: My Sherlock Holmes books. Don't know why, I just enjoy them.
Movie: Nothing amazingly particular here, although I've watched the Hellsing OVA's and Evangelion 1.11 more times than I care to count.
TV: M*A*S*H. I love that series. Combined the right amount of comedy with drama. Although Frank is still the most annoying character I've seen in a while.

Movie: Accepted, and shooter
Game: MW2 multiplayer(does that count) and monster rancher for the ps1
book: Sword of truth series, (usually the second book in it, stone of tears)

None of these are that remarkable except the movies. I replay games and reread books all the time, i have a collection of books bigger than some public school libraries.

Game: Pokemon Gold/Silver. I will not be satisfied until I make Red my *****.
Movie: Zombieland and Nick and Nora's Infinite Playlist.
Book: Dune. I haven't finished it yet but I can tell i'm going to end up rereading a thousand times over.

Game: Rock Band 2. If I've recently finished or have become bored with the rest of my few games, this is where I turn. Drumming online with three expert players just never gets old.
Movie: Fight Club. It's just all-around incredible, favorite movie ever.
Book: The Perks of Being a Wallflower. I've said this many times all over this site, but this book is amazing. It's about a new freshman in high school, and his struggles with drugs, sex, peer pressure, and it has a lot about The Rocky Horror Picture Show, as well. Just read it.
