So, I'm pretty sure most people here have a few, or one dev that they can always count on to make quality products. I'm pretty most people here will say Valve, or Bioware pre-DA2.
For me, it's Rockstar, I mean, GTA Series, LA Noire, Max Payne, LEMMINGS! I don't think I've played a ROckstar game I didn't like, I mean, they even made a badass table tennis game!

So far, I've liked all the Bioware games I've played (Yes, even DA II), so I guess I would have to say them.

And I also liked Red Dead and L.A. Noire, so put me down for Rockstar as well.

I'm not sure if the team has an actual name, so I'm just going to say The Ace Attorney Team and leave it at that. Every AA game I've played was awesome and Ghost Trick was also a barrel of fun.

Double Fine, CDProjekt RED*, Valve, and Atlus always deliver.

*based on all of two games - get back to me about this one in a couple of years.

I always counted on Suda 51 for delivering a bat-shit insane experience unlike anything I've ever seen and he has yet to let me down.

Rock on, you wonderfully crazy bastard. Rock on.

Gotta go with Blizzard, Valve and Level-5 I guess... Not necessarily in that order
I enjoyed all the games I've played that have been made by them.

Hal laboratory would be my pick. Kirby Super Star, Kirby's Adventure, Kirby's Dream Land 3, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Pokemon Ranger, Pokemon Snap, and Adventures of Lolo 1-3 are all really awesome games, and really make me look forward to anything they do. (And while I don't particularity care about it, let's not forget they developed Earthbound) Heck, Picross 3D was made by Hal, and it is not only my Dad's most played DS game, but it even got my MOM to play it! Hal is a good source of great games. (Except for the Pokemon Stadium games obviously)

Bioware is the only company that hasn't disappointed me(other than a company with 1 game, or only 1 series of games), without making up for it with some goodies (I'm looking at you, Neverwinter Nights!)

Obsidian is close, but Dungeon Siege 3 was really damn Meh. Also Atlus is up there with their SMT games, but I haven't played Devil Summoner or finished DDS, and Persona 1 was terribad in terms of combat.

Valve. They've yet to make a game that wasn't pure awesomeness in physical form, their Steam System is a great positive step in the advancement of the video game market, and have you seen their deals? I can game for a year on the cash I found doing the laundry this morning!

Right now it would be Rockstar. A couple days ago I played nothing but GTA IV, LA Noire, and Red Dead Redemption.

Volition and From Software. Tripwire is pretty cool as well. All of them really care about their fans, are great about reaching out to their community, and want to make an experience that pleases them. For example, I think I remember reading a quote somewhere about a From employee who has a digital picture frame on his desk that does nothing but cycle quotes regarding what fans liked and disliked about Demons Souls.

Can't say I've ever played a Rockstar game I didn't like, but then again, I haven't played many Rockstar games.
Bethesda and Obsidian as well, though their only games I've played are Morrowind (actually, I didn't like this one so much), Oblivion and Fallout 3 and New Vegas.

I'd have to say Bungie, and for their racing games, Criteroin and Codemasters

Cpcom developed it.

And I'm quite surprised at you. I'm gonna say Atlus.
