Since I don't own an Xbox there are many, but I'll name the top of the list.

Arkham City, the Assassin Creed series, Mass Effect, and Dragon Age.

OP of Persona 4. Planned to play it THIS summer but my friend lost it.

EDIT: Or Catherine. Looks fantastic from what I've seen.

Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, got really far on it, atleast to the bit where you have to search for Triforce shards....least to say. can't play it because my brother got into a mardy mood because he couldn't do the tower at the beginning without getting caught, so he took out the disc, placed it shiny side down, put his foot on it and moved it repeatedly against the carpeting... >,>

He ruined WW for everyone, think i made a good choice hiding up Pokemon Channel and Coliseum.

EDIT: Mind you, he scratched the disc up about 3-5+ years ago. :/

Neverwinter Nights. Been craving to play. Mostly so I can play DnD whenever. Cept I cant use my grandfather's laptop (wont allow it) and mine has been busted for...awhile.
That sucks; NWN is such a wonderful game. Did you ever play it with any of the mods created by Adam Miller? His were some of the best. Sadly I think he got so into modding games that it caused problems in his personal life because he recently was divorced. Not that I know the whole story and am one to judge the situation though. Regardless he's one of the best modders I've ever seen.

Actually here's a link to his website in case you ever do get NWN running again. http://adamandjamie.com/mod/

Sorry...I realize this isn't helping the fact that you can't play at the moment >.<
NWN was the first and last game I will ever mod (outside of using the actual toolset)
I hate mods.
Oh why's that? Bad experience?
Mostly, yes. They seem good on paper, but they mess things up and never look right.
I like my games to have a consistancy in appearances. Too many mods fuck that up...usually on purpose.
Hmm I see. Personally I've never had problem if the mod is well designed but I do know they can be screwy and also difficult to install right. A good mod should not just "add stuff" to a game but do it seamlessly and increase your enjoyment of the game by making more of the game for you to enjoy and doing it well. Adam Miller's mods do that exceptionally as they're not just mods; they add entire new campaigns and storylines to the game that are well-written. Still I can understand your frustration with mods in general.
I'd rather go back to online Roleplay servers. My best memories of NWN is RP servers.
I never tried them but had heard they were a lot of fun. What was the best thing about them?
How serious people took them. Most if not all forbade non names or cheesy login name names. No Justin the awesomes, or xxx Sniper King xxx. It was Eulard, Gynadrin, and Kenzington. People played their characters. If someone spoke, it was their character. I prefered the smaller servers more, cause they were more personal. I once became the most powerful player villian in one server, had my own secret lair, and minions (my character inherited it all from the former leader, a Lich)
That's pretty epic; you just don't get that kind of play experience in stuff like MMOs. Even Bioware themselves don't produce RPGs with that much potential for creativity any more, and that multiplayer interactivity is totally gone with their more recent stuff.

the answer is either Bioshock Infinite or Xcom.

however, I can't choose these because they haven't been release, so I choose Brink. No, Assassin's Creed, Brotherhood!

Resident Evil 4

My current save is on the hardest difficulty at that big chamber in chapter 3, with the two pond-esque bodies, and the passageways SPILLING zealots, mostly with shields or flails, and you gotta boost Ashley up so she can spin those devices, but you gotta protect her from any zealots on the same level as her. Anyway, I hate that part; I've beaten the game on the hardest before, but. . . I just couldn't be bothered to play through that excruciating part again, but I also really want to beat the game again! It's also been 3 months, so that isn't helping at all. . .

Time Splitters Future Perfect.

I hail that game as the greatest shooter of the last generation of consoles AND this one.
My original Xbox does not work anymore.
And my brother no longer owns it on PlayStation 2.

I would give anything to play it again :(

Team Fortress 2: which i can't play because my gaming rig is kaput for the moment, and the computer i'm on can barely run League of Legends at 10 frames on all low settings.

Dead Rising 2: can't play because i don't own it. I want to get it to play with a friend who recently got it too.

One or all of the Persona games, not played them before but I hear they're really... really good games. Had a look at them, got an anime style look to them (which I'm not really fond of) however the gameplay looks pretty good and apparently they've got a good story going on.

Star Trek: Birth of the Federation. Out of all the Star Trek games there are about 5 that are actually any good. This one's the best. I own the game, but I lost the disc when I moved house.

I've been playing Sword of the Stars, which is actually a much better game to be honest, but it's just not the same.
