Hands down, Xenoblade Chronicles as it has yet to be released in NTSC. Though if that technically breaks the rules of the question, then I'd have to go with Robotech: Battlecry. I got it soon after getting my Gamecube, sold it back a while ago and have recently found myself missing it quite a bit. The only problem is that I can't seem to find a copy of the dang thing anywhere.
That sucks; NWN is such a wonderful game. Did you ever play it with any of the mods created by Adam Miller? His were some of the best. Sadly I think he got so into modding games that it caused problems in his personal life because he recently was divorced. Not that I know the whole story and am one to judge the situation though. Regardless he's one of the best modders I've ever seen.Saelune said:

I'm really wanting to play Bastion; it looks really great. But long story short, my Xbox is in a different state, and I don't allow DRM on my computer.
So I'll have to wait a few months before I can get it on XBLA.

There are several games that I am really excited for (both near and far); Skyrim, Minecraft Adventure update/full release, ME3, SC2:HotS, bioshock infinite, borderlands 2, etc etc.
However the one game I really can't wait for is Bastion. yes yes, its already on XBLA, but its still 4 days off from steam. T_T I've heard so much epicness about it, and every day has just been a "darn its still not out".

Dawn of War II: Retribution. I can't afford it at the moment, which is a damn shame. Actually, the list included most of my games until about a month ago, when I finally upgraded my graphics hardware. The pain of owning Just Cause 2 and not even being able to launch it is too great to bear...
Fallout 3 GOTY. I just downloaded it from a sale on Steam, and now the bloody thing says it doesn't like running on Windows 7, only XP and the like!

One day ban for two AFK/Leave penalties. Forced to go afk mid match first time. Second offense I unknowingly kicked and dislodged the Ethernet cord on my way to the bathroom during match making loading screen. Wondered why my internet was out for half an hour. Banned upon log-in after that.

Just give me a good RPG that's already out and I'll be happy. Unfortunately, due to money problems I can't do that right now. But if I had to choose one game that I really want to play but can't, then I would have to say Tales of Vesperia.

It's the only RTS game I can play all the way through without getting bored, and I can't.... freaking.... play it!!!!
