I have fucked up ankles that, when walking on uneven or slanted surfaces causes the tendon to contract/tighten which is extremely painful. This wouldn't be a big deal except for the fact that it seems that everything is slanted, and considering I have to walk two miles to get to my bus (and two miles back to get home) on sidewalks with a distinct slant meant to help avoid rainwater build up.
Did you mess up your ankles because of accidents? That's how I screwed mine up, in different incidents. I never got them looked at.

Now, my ankles will roll outward if I hit even so much as a pebble. I tried wearing fins in a pool once and I could feel my feet separating from my legs every time I kicked. Thankfully I don't experience any problems if I run in a straight line.
They were fucked up playing football in high school. One was messed up when I had about a quarter of a ton of offensive linemen fall on my leg (also cause my knee to bend in sideways, but that only sometimes bothers me), and the other one was me and another guy (roughly a combined 700 pounds) coming down directly onto the side of my foot, bending it in, and causing a serious sprain.

A few years ago I took a pretty bad fall on some Ice, thinking little of it a carried on my way to school and it just felt a little stiff.

Fast forward a few hours and my knee is as big as a balloon and I'm on the way to hospital. Nothing broken / no permenant damage apparently, but it still gets painful if I sit in a cramped position for too long (west end theatre chairs are the worst). Very obvious scar on my right kneecap and at the time I could barely walk for a month. Really put a damper on Christmas as I couldn't sit in the car to go visit the family.

I have two massive scars -one on each arm-, long story, and every now and again they 'hurt'.

It's that weird hurt, the kind that I'm not sure if it's actual nerve damage or physiological crap.

It's also annoying because, when people see them, the tend to ask REALLY stupid questions.

Not currently, but fuck paper cuts.

I mean, seriously, such an insignificant wound, but so damned annoying...

A ton of parts in my left leg got all messed up bad. My kneecap got fractured and something went wrong with my tendons so I needed a reconstruction. I was put in the hospital for a week and then in bed at home for about 2-3 months, and then a wheelchair for another month, leading me to gain about 50 pounds.

The leg is still super sensitive, and I just completely fucked off during rehab one day and never went back. Now it's all healed wrong and if you touch my surgical scar it starts to tickle, and I can't run or else it locks up and starts to numb. Also whenever I bang my knee I my as well just bite a pillow.

Finally let me get around to playing Fallout 3 though, and I guess I thought that game was okay.

I have a lower disc in my back that's messed. A combination of PT and a cortisol injection were doing wonders for it, but lately I've had other physical problems that make it difficult. Even sitting is a pain in the ass. No pun intended.

I have weird wrists, so pretty much throughout the day I'll randomly flick my hands just so my wrists crack.

I'm not sure if it's true, but I feel like if I don't do that, my wrists'll seize up. (It's happened before)

Not so much an inconvenience/injury I guess, but it sure is embarrassing when I do it by habit in public and get a weird look from someone. :/
My joints feel stiff and immobile if I don't crack them, so I can totally understand the fear. I try not to crack my joints, but...

Yeah.

Actually, some of my knuckles will crack on their own accord if given enough time.

When I was about 10 or so, I fell and broke my right wrist, and it didn't get set properly. It doesn't hurt anymore, but now whenever I move it, it makes a lovely popping sound. Its a big hit at parties.

When I was 19 I jumped over our dog because I thought it was funny how she freaked out, and in trying to not land on her and just get my footing I landed kind of sideways with my leg kind of twisted. Long story short, I broke my hip, but no one, not even I, believed it was a serious bone break until I went to the hospital two and a half days later and they x-rayed it to make sure. They put it back together with three screws. Sitting in certain positions, especially for a long time, can make it hurt (which is really bad for me because I like sitting in a lot of different positions), once in a great while it hurts for no apparent reason, and if I bend my hip and knee more than a little bit, when I extend my leg back to almost being straight it acts kind of clunky and slightly stubborn, like an old car door.

I have a whole mess of injuries, but the one that's bugging me the most is my shoulder (which was messed up pretty bad in a car wreck). When I do certain shoulder and chest workouts it hurts like crazy, sending shooting pain all down my arm.

I have a bad knee that tens to dislocate due to weakened tendons. That one sure ruins my day when it happens. I also had problems with my toenails (both of them) for years, but surgery took care of that.

I once strained my left biceps in the gym when I was lifting too much. I overestimated my own abilities and well, my right one was doing fine. It hurt like hell and I was unable to lift anything with my arm for half a year.

It is just weird how one leg is stronger than the other. My right leg has the power, while the left has all the balance, but whenever I try to switch their roles, they get all "NO, WE WILL TIGHTEN!"

I slipped and fell on my butt twice in one day.

I weighed 300 pounds at the time.

Ever since, I cannot sit on floors for extended periods. If I do, my tailbone goes "NOPE" and tries to drill its way out.

I've managed to completely fuck up the ligaments on my knees, probably some blunt trauma I suffered as a child. In short, it causes my knees to dislocate on their own. And let me tell you guys, it hurts like hell. The knees wont also work well with the muscles, so I can't straighten my legs, they're always at an angle. Can't run nor jump thanks to it.

Three knee operations and weekly physiotherapy for the past 6 years, so far hasn't helped. Having my 4th operation this fall.

I would list the rest, but we're only allowed to pick one, right? :p

I tweaked up my left arm. I'm not sure how, but whenever I have to do a lot of upper body it gets really sore now. Sometimes I can't carry things with my elbow bent without it hurting.

I dropped something unexpectedly heavy on my almost bare foot a couple of months ago and injured it rather severely, and still walk with a limp. The constant adjustments of posture have probably done terrible things to my ankle and knee as well. Running is right out, and it's still such a bother that I'm on a blend of painkillers notable only for its lack of the good prescription stuff, less out of any sort of macho tough-it-out sensibilities than simply not being able to afford anything that'll put me under with surgical efficiency.

I've got several problems with one of my ears actually. Firstly, I've got a constant inflammation in the entrance of the ear, which can get annoying from time to time. I've also got a problematic eardrum, that refuses to heal properly from a ear infection I had a few months ago. So from time to time, I get a pain in my ear. On top of that, there's a small popping sound each time I hear a loud, sharp noise.

I swear, ears are the worst place to get infections.

I have two:

1: Hurt my knee while running, now if I walk too far it feels like something is grinding in my knee.

2: I hurt my ankle while (free)running, now my ankle is the tiniest bit stiff at a slight angle. It doesn't impair my walking, climbing, or any day-to-day task. It did, however, stop me from practising a martial art I'd devoted two years too because maintaining a basic stance made my whole leg go nuts.

I've got this constant migraine that I've had for... I think 2.5 years now. It's only gotten worse, and never getting better. Lately, some days I can hardly get out of bed from how much pain my head is in.

Yeah, gotta go for the tooth ache there. I got plenty other things that are off or not quite right, but the tooth ache I've had for the past six months was the most excruciating and debilitating, top-quality pain I've felt so far. I know pain, I can usually handle pain. But that one sore loser of a tooth gave me hell.

Only just got it hax0red with a proper root canal treatment yesterday. Oh well, at least I'll keep the shiny shiny outside of it. Fine by me.

The plus side of it? All the other pain I'll probably have to live with now feels like recreational pain in comparison. Not that I'd miss them if they were gone, but I mostly don't mind at all as long as the pain is not right in the middle of my face, keeping me from sleeping, eating, drinking and pretty much everything else.
