Broken. Collar. Bone. Not only was it a horrific healing process (after spending 4 hours in hospital to get an X-ray and yadda yadda they told me they couldn't do anything for it. So essentially they told me what I already knew and sent me on my way. Whenever I moved it was sharp jolting pain for at least two weeks) but now it's got a rather unsightly bulge along my collarbone line where it healed. It's perfectly fine according to the Doctor, it's not laible to snap again, but it does ache at times and when doing any exercise it tends to hurt.
From everything I've heard thats the most painful bone area to break. It's not even that dangerous... but it's intensely painful and extremely debilitating. My brother did that before so I'm kinda relating what he said to me.

OT: I have Crohn's... because of it I have a severely ulcerated Gastrointestinal tract which prevents me from eating or drinking alot of stuff I used to enjoy, it's also coupled with random spasms of sharp debilitating pain every now and then

I have a scar from a rat bite on my index finger, right by the second joint, that gets sore on occasion.

I've had a constant pain in my shoulder for two or three years, now. Some days it's fine, but most days I struggle to lift my arm above my head without at least some degree of discomfort. On the worst days, my arm goes pretty numb and I can't really move it, but it only happens for a few minutes at a time.

Sometimes I just wonder if I'm experiencing the slowest heart attack in medical history.

Not really a recurring injury, since even my most severe have healed pretty well, but I can accidentally pop my shoulder out at the drop of a hat, just reaching for something. When I was a kid, I always put the computers together, and I'd always be stretching behind the desks to get the cabling right, and now I can just pop my shoulder out. Hurts all the muscles in the area and cramps it up.

I got into a fight back in January and fractured my Scaphoid (tiny wrist bone) and I'm STILL in plaster because the bone only has one very small blood vessel to supply it with osteoblasts (bone re-building cells). I should get it off in... 9 days, but I'll likely end up having aches there for the rest of my life.

The other guy however; he ended up with three broken fingers from bashing me in the head and a broken nose from me hitting him back. I also found out a week later that he'd been banned from every pub in town after getting caught doing blow in the toilets somewhere. That made me chuckle.
I knew a guy in college who got into a barfight once with a guy who had been hassling some girl all night. He and his friends were leaving, drunk, when this guy finally got physical and grabbed the girl. So my friend called the guy out, they went outside, and proceeded to pound each other silly. Finally my friend got the best of the other guy and ended up sitting on him, punching his head over and over, and he was so drunk that he didn't even notice he had smashed his own hand completely. He tore like three tendons, and his hand is now permanently stuck closed. He can barely even more his fingers at all. He said he really regrets starting that fight, even if he was helping someone out.

I have a tight IT Band in my left knee that makes running without special shoes suck, and running with the special shoes only sort of helps, bringing my distance from a half mile to a mile or 2 before it hurts too much. But then I broke my left tibia a few weeks ago, so I'm guessing that will be replacing the IT Band as an old injury causing problems in the future xD

Not exactly an injury, but it was annoying for some time. For some reason, the right half of my rib cage is protruding forward, farther than the left.

I somehow managed to damage my rotator cuff, that's a kind of tendon in your shoulder, when playing tennis and it never healed itself properly. If I hold up that arm for a long time, or put a lot of pressure on it, or swing my arm very hard very suddenly, it starts seriously hurting. It's not a major problem, but it just annoys me a bit.

A few years ago I was climbing this set of monkey bars in my backyard, it rained the night before, and as I was pushing myself upward my right hand slipped and I came down with all my weight smashing my sternum into one of the bars. I swear I did something to it, since I couldn't breath (I know I knocked the air out of me, but I had issues breathing a decent time afterward), but no one in my house seemed to be concerned, so I had to ignore it. Now, anytime I get a decent amount of force into that area of my chest, it hurts worse than it should and I lose my breath at times.

I have a few that bother me from time to time, ESPECIALLY when the weather starts changing or it rains.

My right wrist I've broken twice, once playing baseball in my senior year of high school (sliding into second, tried to drag my right hand behind me and instead of dragging I ended up planting my hand in the ground) and broke the same bone when I was a senior in college in a mishap at rehearsal for a show I was in. When it starts getting colder out that spot hurts and my hand swells up some.

I broke both my ankles in the course of playing football when I was younger, so those will both me from time to time. My left ankle I actually broke twice within a month's time.

I've had some others like a separated shoulder, strained elbow, torn ligament in my knee (which surprisingly doesn't bother me much) but those two sets bother me on a more frequent basis.

I feel for you with the Crohn's. When I was a teenager they suspected I had it, but thankfully it only turned out to be a dairy intolerance, but for months I was in constant intestinal pain and was realy limited in what I could eat and where I could go due to having bathroom issues. I missed a lot of school. The pain would get so bad I'd black out for a few seconds. My body finally normalised, so I only rarely get that terrible pain now if I haven't been careful with what I eat (there's dairy in everything). I'm terribly sympathetic to people with stomach/digestive problems because they're so horrible.

I have weird wrists, so pretty much throughout the day I'll randomly flick my hands just so my wrists crack.

I'm not sure if it's true, but I feel like if I don't do that, my wrists'll seize up. (It's happened before)

Not so much an inconvenience/injury I guess, but it sure is embarrassing when I do it by habit in public and get a weird look from someone. :/
My big toes are kind of like that.

As that doesn't bother me, it doesn't count. I just brought it up as a point of interest.

It's becoming less inconvenient now we're moving into spring, but cold weather creates a rather unpleasant tingling sensation where I was stabbed in the leg a couple of years ago during a mugging (that damn bastard could have just given me his wallet! :D)

Also a similar thing in a scar on my finger, but given the thread rules, I'm not at liberty to discuss that information.

6 years ago I was bored an decided to continuously open and close scissors right in front of my face because I like to have something to mess with in my hands most of the time and the scissors were right there. I accidentally bent my wrists and poke. Now I'm nearsighted in the left eye and farsighted in the right.

Or at least the scissors are what I blame for my vision now.

I have two. I broke my wrist a while back and now it pops and cracks when I rotate my hand, and it occasionally sends a sharp shooting pain up my forearm if I'm lifting something heavy. Then more recently I stepped on a piece of glass and severed the nerve and damaged the tendon for my big toe (left side). Even after surgery its still partially numb and I cant bend the top joint.

I have a bad right knee from when I slipped on some ice a couple of years ago. It doesn't always hurt, but now I am more liable to my right knee cramping up, which is a tad irritating.

While I hate sports I would always push myself in gym classes. Well I collided with someone and tore my shoulder. Thee is now a hard knot of carrtaledge or something thee. I have had it for years now and it can act up. Making it hard to lean back into chairs or lay on my side.
Really wish I could just cut it out.
