Funny that, I thought the ending and, especially, the jet pack were the best parts. In fact, all of the fight editing is that movie is spectacular, but the rest is, in my opinion, far too crass and immature to be any fun.
OT: Eh... Really can't think of one. No movie was ever "ruined" for me by one specific scene.
I disagree, I thought that it certainly helped with the characterisation. That young prison officer as a complete dick, the others as more humane, the execution audience less so, and Wild Bill screaming "WOO! WOO!" and "They're cooking him good" just suited him to a T.TheYellowCellPhone said:

I really didn't like how Vemon got 15 minutes of screen time in Spiderman 3. The whole reason I went to the darn thing wasn't even to see Peter Parker, it was to see VEMON! The 15 minute scene with Venom was not enough Hollywood!

Not really a scene but the whole pregnancy subplot in Hellboy 2. Any time it was mentioned it just irritated me in the middle of what would otherwise be my ideal Hellboy film. But the ending is the worst part. I've enjoyed my final showdown, all seems to be well, and then they say one more thing and I'm left in a bad mood while the credits roll and my friends try to snap me out of my disgusted expression to get me to leave the cinema.
Predator spared her life AND MARKED her?! No!! Just NO! It's a predator, kills merciless!!! DON'T make predator having feelings towards helpless girls EVAR!!!

I believe the Predator spared her and marked her, because she helped him kill an attacking alien. According to what I read on the wikipedia and an AvP Wikia (yay wikia), the predators consider that a thing of honor or something, he marked her as a sign of respect between two warriors. And the lass wasnt helpless as she had just killed a deadly alien.KindOfnElf said:

After an entire goddamn movie where they set up the zombies (Or what ever they were supposed to be) as being intelligent creatures, they end it by just turning them into mindless monsters like in every other movie, and rendering the entire rest of the movie to be pretty much pointless. The alternate ending made it even worse because it shows that they PURPOSFULLY cut out a great ending and replaced it with a shit one.
That one scene from Mission Impossible III (I don't want to give too much away, but if you've seen it you know which one I'm talking about, the intense one with the countdown). I was genuinely surprised by how much I liked that movie up until that one scene. It turned the movie from surprisingly good to really bad in a matter of seconds, and it only became worse from there on to the finish. I'm pissed off at the movie for ruining the good things it had going for it and I'm pissed off at myself for not seeing it coming. Do yourself a favor, if you watch the movie and you are enjoying it by the time that scene comes up, turn off the movie and make up the ending yourself. No matter what you make up, it will sill be better than watching the rest of the movie.
