You cannot deny the epic manliness, nor the growth of beards!

I am now a man, I thank you mysterious stranger.
I now must bid this world farewell, for I must face cosmic monstrosities out in space to free this planet.

I know that a lot of people on the escapist don't like rap but this particular song really edges into the "art" category.

Nas is fucking fantastic, period.

The Black Keys: Gold on the Ceiling
I was going to mention this one. I've had it pretty much on loop for the past few days. So brilliant, so perfect.
This is similarly catchy and awesome in execution. The Black Lips are sort of the best worst band.
You know, I love this song. I was introduced to it from the Scott Pilgrim soundtrack, which is the only movie soundtrack I've cared enough about to actually purchase in the last forever.

=======================================

Alright, I've got a couple that have been my go to's lately.

Regina Spektor. Went to school with her, cool girl. Such a good good good song. Might be my favorite thing a guitar has ever done.

Mean Jeans. Do you like pop punk? Mileages may very, but these folks do ramones-core very well.

And Diarrhea Planet, just nothing to say really. Ghost with a boner. GHOST WITH A BONER. That's what I'm saying.

The whole soundtrack is great but that is hands down my favorite song from it.
Wow. Just, wow. That almost made me want to buy a ps3, just to be able to listen to that in the proper context.
It's also on 360 (outside Japan) if you have that instead. In context it sounds even better, it's a boss theme and the further you get into the fight the more layers are added into the music, the vocals are always the last thing to come in and when they do it's always gets me pumped to beat them.

The second the Grammy's EVER know what they're talking about I'll eat my hat.
I stopped taking them seriously when 2 chainz and Officer Ricky also got nominated. The shit is all bought by record labels.

OT: I just remembered... Angel Beats FTW!

Hahaha, the music is half the reason I loved the game so much. Iron Tager, as much as I hated him, has the best song by far.

Anyways, this song right now is amazing. Last week was Supertramp-Logical Song heh.

This is one that I can't seem to get out of my head, most likely due to the vivid lyrics:

...And oh my goodness, that piano accompaniment.
