Her eyes widened. She didn't know what hit her. One second, she was standing, the next, she wondered how she was alive. She couldn't see, she couldn't hear. She felt the ground beneath her, felt blood soaking it. Pain shot through every inch of her body, her clip on her veil was destroyed, her pinned back hair was no longer clipped and it was over most of her face. She didn't even have the strength to groan.

The Zakushimi fired off another wall followed by another wall before moving in for the kill.

Anna ondered if she was crying, or blood was simply falling from her eyes. The smallest thread of power remained within her, only enough for her to mentally cry for help. And then Guujin was there, pulled to Anna. Guujin blinked, and then frowned "Hmmmm...." she turned to Zaku "You're a bad kid. I'm going to have to punish you, ~guu" the end of the sentence sounded almost cheerful

Zakushimi Tilled it head expectilly.

Guujin smiled, closing her eyes, holding her hands behind her back. She rocked back and forth. Everything seemed to slow down, then exploded. Anna was shielded from the large explosion of energy that coul've easily destroyed several cities. After it was over, the air had a pink tint to it that didn't fade.

 

[Split Moon]

Zakushimi blew the energy away with a flick of his hand. The eyes looked at her dissapointed them the air around him exploded into a vorex of black energy. It held out its hand and another sword appeared before he dissappeared in a flash of black light.

 

[Frank Fontaine]

The room seemed to flash and Zaku was forced to appear in the center of it, hundreds of blades piercing him from every angle.Guujin shrugged and sent him flying back. A cup of cocoa formed in her hand and she sipped at it, her eyelids drooping as if bored.

 

[Split Moon]

zakushimi caught itself and blinked twice the first time freely himself. The secound time appeared behind gunnjin and stabbing a sword through her chest. The sword exploded with the force of several hundred nukes.

 

[Frank Fontaine]

There was nothing left of her for several seconds. Some of the pink mist gathered and formed her again. She finished the sip of cocoa she had been taking when he stabbed her and everything exploded. She sighed "How boring..."

Zakushimi tilted his head "quite." he wound his sword back and fired another wall of energy.

 

[Frank Fontaine]

Guujin lifted one hand, stopping it. She looked at the hand she used, it was horribly bured. Pain seared through it for a few seconds "Hmmm...ow. You actually did something." she lifted the same hand and sent almost double that power at him

 

[Split Moon]

Zakushimi raised his scythe and deflected it. He raised the scythe but then froze in place as if locked in time...

Guujin blinked, confused, not understanding why he wsn't moving

Zack founght adainst the power, aginst the darkness. He waited and watched as his body was used like a puppet but something that wasn't him. something that was born the night of his parent's death. then suddenly...a moment of weakness, he pushed though regaining control of his body. A shaky hand moved up to his mask and pulled it off; the energy around him becoming smooth and golden again. The scythe disappeared and he fell to the ground. He rubbed his head unsteady "urgh... that hurt..."

Guujin blinked "What just happened, ~guu?"

Zack continued to rub his head "i..i kinda lost control there for a second. You friend there is really mean! She cut my head off for no reason!"

 

[Frank Fontaine]

"Hm? Oh, Anna can get really irritable. She's not nice very much." Guujin smiled

Zack smiled the whites of his eyes turning the right colour again "yeah. all i did was tell her something nice!"

Guujin's lips pursed and she turned to Anna, barely visible through her wounds "Anna! You don't try to hurt people just because someone completely different hurt you! It's rude, ~guu!" she shrugged "Anna's been missing for a long time..." Guujin had recognized the energy of the area immediately "I Guess it was Zeros fault. big surprise."

Zack shrugged "i don't know. I just like to sit in my room and write in my diary..."
