Heavy Rain. Loved it, but I really can't play it again because it takes hours of exposition to get to the interesting parts. I played it twice, and I started a third playthrough, but I gave up a few hours in because it was just too much work.

Fantastic game.

However, the reliance on the player not knowing what's around the next corner ensures that I'll probably never play it again.
