How do you make your own fun while playing a game?

My boyfriend and I bend games to entertain ourselves all the time. Just yesterday we were playing Free Mode in GTA4 (which is the greatest part of that or any game), and I was on foot trying to cross the map, while he patrolled the islands looking for me with his radar off. It was actually pretty intense when he would almost discover me hiding behind a wall, only to drive off in the other direction.
I lost stupidly by failing to avoid his front bumper...
That same game we also jumped a helicopter with a car, and then drove that same car INTO the helicopter XD

and also recently in MKvsDC, we would go into close combat and the person being attacked would dodge in a pattern that looked as if he was dancing. Yeah, we're lame.

I usually just add random restrictions/conditions to my games.
For example, I'm currently playing Dungeon Siege 2 again, but only with Blood Assassins.
And I only built air factories in Supreme Commander, no naval or land, on my second playthrough.
Stuff like that makes it more difficult and therefore interesting.

In FPS games I try to not fire a shot or survive the round without violence.
Team Fortress 2 as a scout is great for this. I managed 3 non violent intel captures in 2Fort once.

Call of Duty 4...not as easy, but it's fun trying.

Haha, sounds like me playing games. Me and my brother had this idea some time ago while playing Dead or Alive. We'd 'choreograph' a spectacular battle with all sorts of cool dodges and counters in it and then we'd show our other brother pretending we were just having a normal battle, being like 'Look how awesome we are at this game!'. We got stuck while thinking of cool stuff though. ;D

I always to try to play assassins creed and similar games in the most stealthiest way possible. It makes them more intense.

When i used to play wow our guild would like organise dance lines around the entrance to kara whilst we waited and blocked off ogrimmar with all the taurens dancing and telling jokes when peopel walked past.

Me and my friends would play house on Kirby Air Ride. We would do free roam and then all take different machines and bring them to our "houses". Then we would just drive around having crazy fun.

On Oblivion or Fallout 3 when my map was mostly empty, I'd close my eyes and place a marker then go there, stopping to look at interesting stuff along the way. That's how I discovered Hackdirt in Oblivion, and the UFO Crash Site in Fallout 3.

OMG ANOTHER PERSON THAT REMEMBERS THAT GAME!

XD I did that too... my little brother and I would put out some psuedo-epic storyline... usually involving the Dragoon and Hydra

Hmm...
Well me and some of my friends like to play as spies in tf2, and jump ontop of a heavy's head and see who can stay there the longest without being killed, or we see who can get the most taunt kills.

Me and my friend who I live with like to play "Swandive out of a Helicopter and hit buildings" on GTA4.

My crowning moment was after another friend of mine said "It's impossible to hit a car whilst doing that."
I proved him wrong by launching myself out of a helicopter, into the side of a building where I fired my missile launcher and bounced off the front of a car.

Insta-Glory was had.

I dunno if anyone knows this, but when you jumped in the old Grand Theft Auto games, the guy would automatically clear the car. So I would steal cars and park them end to end so their bumpers touched, until I had around 50 of them. Then I'd go to the first, hit jump and watch him magically fly over 50 cars. Or if I parked four of them to form a rectangle, I could jump and turn in mid air, so he'd fly round in circles.

God, I was sad.

I had great fun using a knife class in CoD4. It wasn't at all effective, but it is pretty hilarious getting 15 knife kills in a game.

Bomb Squad
UAV Jammer
Extreme Conditioning
Shotgun (for faster run speed)

Me and my friend tried to see how many ways we could kill Moira Brown in Fallout 3.
We tried taking Fawkes on when we accidently made him angry... and failed. Fun though!
So yeah, I just play with violence to muck about on games. Very stress relieving, I must say.

I always look for little ways to suit my sadistic gaming habits. Mario Sunshine comes to mind. I'd run around and just spray people with water, or take their fruit and put it on roofs. In Animal Crossing, I'd take all the pitfall traps and bury them around the entrance before inviting a friend in.

Same with traps in Pokemon Underground. Nothing quite as aggravating as chains of long directional traps.

Also, Mezzer in Fallout 3.

Everyone who read the title just lost the game.
Now for something actually having to do with this. I don't really know what I do differently in games just for kicks. Then I never really pay attention to it when I do so.

I just look at team Roomba's stuff, hilarious. Pistols only in COD 4 or trying to use the charm ability in Metal gear online, so much fun if I pull it off. :)

In Prototype, to cross the city, really, one is supposed to go straight across. Buildings in the way? Go over them, jump and glide. It's very quick and easy. I basically ignore jumping and gliding. I'll hit full speed running (which is very fast), and than run, in the roads, around the city. Not actually doing anything, just running really fast. It is, for reasons unknown, enjoyable.

Once on Oblivion I decided to kill every Argonian in the game. I have a save where they're an endangered species in Cyrodiil, but I think there were a couple that can't die.
