I'm honestly not sure, I'd like a world where everyone can do whatever they want, but that would require each person to be in their own sandbox world(otherwise they'd disrupt each others fun), but then that would just be making you god, and eventually you'd get bored of knowing you were in control of everything. The other problem is that you'd run out of things to do without outside input, we only have a limited imagination after all.
This means the afterlife would have to be shared, but that means their would also have to be rules as well. It would eventually boil down to a world like ours, except where we cannot get sick or die. We would eventually need police and prisons(for those intent on ruining everyone elses fun) and we would argue over which rules we should keep or change, so we'd need politics as well. Fuck this is falling apart faster than my island in Tropico.
I'd be tempted to let a god decide all that shit, but then it would just be all of us living in a dictatorship. Then the god becomes the same problem from the first paragraph, it gets bored and turns to savagery in order to entertain itself(I reject ideals of absolute good and evil(they are impossible and unworkable), so this god would fall to the same temptations as any human would; like most gods depicted throughout history).
Trying to make everyone happy doesn't seem to work. :S
Reincarnation seems to be the least broken solution, you'd have to keep your memories however(otherwise why bother?).
