Name: CLASSIFIED; Primarily uses the name "Renart Delhomme"
Age: CLASSIFIED; Appearances would suggest early- to mid-twenties.

Appearance: Possesses a 5'10", narrow frame with very defined musculature. His face is just as defined with narrow angular features. Has short, cropped black hair that is always kept tidy. Maintains a cleanly shaved face. Natural eye color is light blue. Seems to prefer dressing well whenever he can. Generally darker suits, well-polished shoes, and matching fedoras if the time and weather calls for it. Clearly takes pride in his appearance as his wardrobe has been tailored and made from very fine materials.

Personality: Keeps a calm, collected demeanor. Takes his work very seriously and has a great deal of patience simply because he finds it necessary. Likes to socialize, however he never speaks openly about his history, professional or personal.

Role: Primarily to gain access to, infiltrate, carry out his objectives, and exfiltrate all without arousing the slightest suspicion that he was ever there. Sometimes that involves becoming someone else, and for that he is well-prepared.

Skills:
Deception/Seduction: (+2)
Disguises/Infiltration: (+3)
Planning: (+1)
Investigation: (+2)
Guns: (0)
Unarmed Combat/Melee: (+1)
Hacking/Computers: (+1)
Saboteur: (0)
Vehicles: (0)
Stealth/Sneaking around: (+4)
Leadership: (0)
Agility/Speed: (+3)
Technician: (0)

Stunts:
Check again: Gives (+2) to Disguises/Infiltration. Renart is essentially so confident that he belongs that when questioned, the one prying is inclined to believe there's been some sort of mistake in their own records.
I wouldn't be so sure...: Gives (+2) to Deception/Seduction. Renart's words, whether through amiability or malice, instill a sense of uncertainty in others so that they begin to question themselves and their intentions.

Gadgets:
Audial Magnification and Recording Pen: Gives (+3) to Investigation. An ordinary-looking fountain pen that, when activated, not only is capable of recording local audio, but is also capable of magnifying sound with excellent clarity up to 50 meters. The recording device is only activated when the cap has been twisted, removed, then reset onto the end of the pen. Further twisting of the cap activates and calibrates the receiving distance, at which point the end of the pen needs to be pointing at the target. The magnification function is best used in conjuction with a discreet earpiece that transmits the what the pen picks up in real time. The earpiece itself doesn't have recording capabilities.

Backstory: The primary alias and mild accent would indicate French origin, but there's no existing documentation on exactly where Renart was born. Most who know him would say he was born for the job, and as far as they're concerned, he was. In actuality, his formative years were relatively uneventful aside from the constant moving from foster home to foster home. It became something he was used to even through secondary school. He never talked enough to made friends, wasn't around enough to make enemies, and couldn't care enough to connect with his "families".

Renart enlisted in the military the first chance he had. It's uncertain what branch, as the records have either been made classified, blacked out, or simply "misplaced". Regardless, in the time he served he caught the attention of a private agency that could put his skills to more lucrative work. Official records vaguely hint that Renart's involvement in that agency may have consisted of high profile theft, but of course there was nothing concrete.

In time, that agency central base of operations was hit hard. Someone got careless and attracted unwanted attention resulting in the deaths of several key operatives and the disbanding of those remaining. Fortunately, for those that got away, the ones in charge of operations were smart enough to not leave paper trails to follow. Anything stored electronically was fried long before anyone outside could gain access to them. The real downside was Renart's only source of income had completely broke down. He had to use much of what was left of his money on what few connections remained to hand his name to the right people to get him working again. In seemingly no time at all, there he was, ready to get right back at it.

Other: Fluent in the languages of most developed countries, even going so far as to learn various dialects. With no small amount of practice and experience, Renart learned to mask his accent completely when speaking. He retains this knowledge with regular practice and is dedicated to the linguistics simply because they genuinely interested him. It isn't as if he has no time to keep his skills polished as he doesn't have much of a social life.

Ready for critiquing and/or suggestions. ^^

Name: Sandrine Abel

Age: 33

Appearance: Sandrine's hobby of rock climbing and scrambling has left her with a form well suited for such activities. She stands around 180 centimeters and when asked about her weight she responds with a frown and changes the conversation (~75 kg). Sandrine's eyes resemble the midday sky and her faded blond hair just barely falls past her ears.

Personality: Sandrine is remarkably incapable of over-thinking things. Not that Sandrine isn't a discerning woman, but rather that she doesn't waste time working out every permutation or possibility. This sort of applies to social niceties, as well. Not to say that Sandrine can't be indirect or do something unexpected, only that she isn't likely to have plans within plans.

Sandrine is also more patient than most and not prone to restlessness, so she usually gets stuck with stakeouts and long-term observations. She doesn't mind though because of the previously mentioned reasons (plus she's a bit of a voyeur to boot). She's not a particularly serious woman, having gotten into the whole spy scene for fun and profit, but she still respects her co-workers and tries not to bother them any more than necessary.

Role: Sandrine gets paid to break into places, usually to learn or watch something, but occasionally to steal or shoot or blow something up if need be. In urban areas this often equates to cat burglary, and in more isolated areas Sandrine usually finds herself performing various kinds of reconnaissance.

Skills:
Deception/Seduction: (0)
Disguises/Infiltration: (+1)
Planning: (+1)
Investigation: (+2)
Guns: (+3)
Unarmed Combat/Melee: (+2)
Hacking/Computers: (0)
Saboteur: (+2)
Vehicles: (+1)
Stealth/Sneaking around:(+3)
Leadership: (0)
Agility/Speed: (+4)
Technician: (0)

Stunts:

Points of Contact? What're those?: Because of her unorthodox method of climbing, Sandrine gets a +2 bonus towards not falling when she performs an action that requires use of her hands while climbing.

No Rules in a Knife Fight: Sometimes Sandrine needs to get to or from somewhere in a hurry. If she is fleeing and someone gets in her way, Sandrine receives a +3 bonus once per mission to incapacitate them with a swift kick between the legs and continue on her way.

Did Someone Call a Bomb Squad?: Sandrine gets a +2 bonus to handling, defusing, and preparing explosives. It should be noted that this bonus does not extend to improvising explosives with random materials on hand, although it could apply if Sandrine tries to use an improvised explosive (GM's discretion).

Backstory: Sandrine was born in Northern France. Her memories of the country are hazy, however, because her parents moved to the UK in '86 for reasons Sandrine never really wondered about. For a while Sandrine was involved with her local Girl Guides program, but it stopped interesting her after a while and she chose to focus on rock climbing in her free time instead.

After graduating school Sandrine joined the infantry of the British Army. She initially aspired to join the Royal Marines, although she was denied because of her gender. Her gender was also the reason she left the Army; Sandrine learned about freelance opportunities that were far more interesting than her current fare and also less discriminating in who was chosen to do what.

Other events of note include Sandrine's father dying in a car accident while she was away with the Army. When Sandrine returned home, she and her mother had a series of vicious arguments that left neither woman on speaking terms with the other. Sandrine also uses the bulk of her vacation time to continue her rock climbing and scrambling hobbies, preferring actual mountains and cliffs to the more easily accessible climbing gyms.

Other:

-She speaks French as well as English, although she has lost most of her French accent living in the UK.

-Sandrine Abel is both the name she was given and the name she tells everyone when asked. Although she does other names during missions when asked to by her employers, Sandrine doesn't feel the need to mask her identity because her father is dead, she couldn't care less about her mother (and vice-versa), she rarely keeps friends for notable lengths of time and she hasn't done anything too notorious yet.

-For clarity, the Unarmed skill points are there to represent strength more than sheer punching, and Investigation will be used more like spot/perception check than detective work.
Note: I have edited the sheet some, mostly to tighten up the stunt phrasing and to rearrange the minor skills a bit.

Hm, there is an issue here, I'm afraid, with the stunts and gadgets. Firstly, stunts can't be split up in +1's, (+2 gadgets can't either), so you'll have to decide on which of the stunts you prefer, and choose that one. Secondly, while the gadgets are cool, I can't give you permission to split up the gadgets like that, as that's a possibility I give to +3 and +4 technician for a couple of reasons (1. balancing the skills a bit, and 2. Because I consider above +2 technician to be the skill needed for being able to construct your own.). As a result of this, I'd advice you to either move one of your skills to technician (though, with your build, that might not be preferable) or choose a single gadget and decide if you want it to be +3 or +2.

Apart from the stunt thing, it's a nice sheet. That and most of the other sheets makes me wonder what the appeal of short brown hair is, though : p (That's not just your sheet, it's every sheet apart from like, 3, even my own. Just amuses me.)

It's worth noting that I might change the stunts some so that Sandrine has more of a focus on guns, but I'm tired and about to sleep so I figured I'd just post the sheet now and let you know if I decide to change it later.
I see. Well, the sheet looks good to me, there's not really a problem with the stunts, though keep in mind that the getting a +2 to doing something while climbing will go to agility, as I'll do actions while climbing in two ways: Either have a somewhat difficult agility roll first, then whatever skill is relevant, or a rather difficult roll on the skill.

Apart from that, there's nothing I'd like to comment on, just keep in mind that your character can't spend a whole mission climbing.

Well, my decision for that particular appearance was because I figured it seemed so average, or at least common enough, for most places in Europe that would make disguising that much easier, giving him that edge. :p

Also, I've made some adjustments to the sheet. Let me know if there's anything else you spot that needs addressing. ^^

Heh, yeah, I figured that was most people's reasons for the brown hair thing. Makes me wonder if I should go blonde hair just for the purpose of the characters being easier to distinguish between...

Hm, regardless, it seems I explained what I wanted you to do a bit stupidly, you do get 3 stunts (now you only have 2 it seems) you just can't part them into +1s. So feel free to add another stunt again.

Name: Varvara Lyubov Zolnerowich
Age: 35

Appearance: Varvara is a somewhat formidable figure, though she is more striking than scary. Long straight blonde hair, brown eyes along with a little bit of Slavic beauty mark her as one of many femme fatales in the shady world of espionage. Her attire is usually plain: just jackets, blouses and trousers that would mark her out as an office worker, not a spy. Of course, when Varvara goes on a mission, she wears whatever is suitable for the mission whether it is a skin-tight diving suit or a flowing ballgown. She has an lithe, athletic build with just enough curves and is rather tall for a woman, standing at 5? 6.5? and weighing in at 134 lbs. In addition to that, Varvara normally carries herself with a dignified air.

Personality: Ruthlessly cunning, after all, the world of espionage is a dangerous place where the kind and friendly are used to further the goals of the cold and calculating. Varvara would rather be the hunter rather than the prey any day of the week. Nevertheless, she knows all too well how to turn up the charm when needed, being the sort of person who would do anything to ensure success. However, her fellow spies are somewhat unlucky in the fact that the woman is quite straight faced outside of missions - no hanky panky funtimes for them, oh no, at least not on their terms. Varvara has given up on the very notion of romantic relationships anyway, one might say that the Russian is married to her job even.

Role: Femme Fatale Infiltration.

Skills:

Deception/Seduction: (+4)
Disguises/Infiltration: (+3)
Planning: (0)
Investigation: (+2)
Guns: (0)
Unarmed Combat/Melee: (+1)
Hacking/Computers: (+2)
Saboteur: (+1)
Vehicles: (0)
Stealth/Sneaking around: (+1)
Leadership: (+3)
Agility/Speed: (0)
Technician: (0)

Stunts:

[Watch Where You Put Your Hands, Miss!]

+2 situational bonus to Saboteur. Only in the shady world of espionage has the phrase ?disarming beauty? had such an impact. With this Stunt, Varvara can use her good looks for distraction. An example would be pushing someone onto a bed and then covertly steal whatever has fallen off their person - say, a key to a secret weapons cache that was part of the person?s plan. Of course, the bonus does not apply when this is not the case or when the target is not attracted to Varvara.

[Eyes On Me]

+3 one-time situational bonus to Stealth/Sneaking around to others. Varvara does not simply blend in with the room, she walks in and becomes the spotlight, the centre of attention. However, not in a bad way. She?s the woman every man wants around his arms, or so people seem to think that way. Nevertheless, at any time, she can have her own little five minutes of fame - acting as an attention sponge so that other spies on her team can get their business done.

[Not Just A Pretty Face]

+2 to Investigation. Many just see the blonde bombshell, however, if Varvara was just another incantation of Barbie, she would have met her end in the espionage business - let alone life itself - ages ago. She has a keen eye; whether it is spotting a potential ?partner? to cozy up to, performing research about a certain group or just spotting patterns hidden in data, she?s your woman. Nevertheless, while it is kind of annoying that Varvara is only seen as a pretty face, it can be advantageous.

Bio: Her dossier, like many, is sharp and to the point. Ex-KGB, though some would say she just go into the infamous Russian organisation because of her family?s military history. There are additional rumours surrounding her, some bordering on insane octuple agent conspiracy theories. The only thing one can be certain of is that Varvara definitely was born in Russia and was recruited by the KGB where she received espionage training and whatnot. Interestingly enough, she left before it was dissolved, however, her motives for doing so are unknown - a recurring theme. Some say she was tired of being one of the KGB?s ?honeytraps? while others whisper of something more... planned. Regardless, the only thing that matters is that Varvara?s current employer is The Agency.

Other: She can consider herself fluent in English, Russian and the majority of Slavic languages, French, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Dutch, German and Swedish. In addition to this, Selena knows the more... colourful words and phrases of these languages and with her pitch perfect accent she can convince others that her native language is the native language of the country/region and though her loyalty has wavered in the past, Varvara is truly loyal to The Agency and has worked there for two years.

If the languages are too much, lemme know.

The languages are fine, she's a social spy, after all, and rely mostly on deception and seduction, as well as investigation and leadership, from the looks of it. I can't see anything wrong with the sheet, it's good. The use of her skills will be interesting as well.

Here's my character - switched to a high planning/leadership build as there are a lot of infiltrators already.

Name: Purnima Sarin

Age: 43

Appearance: A short (5'3), curvy woman of Indian descent. Darker skin and a rather round face. A little overweight, not especially attractive. Has long black hair which she wears pinned back or tied up. Typically wears standard office-type clothes, as in a skirt, blouse, jacket and sensible shoes. Does not approve of make-up.

Personality: Purnima takes her work seriously. Very seriously. In her opinion, espionage should be a calculated, methodical process - no flashy gunfights, no casinos, and absolutely no catsuits ever again. She can be bossy, and has little patience for people wasting her time, but ultimately would rather have allies than enemies.

Purnima has a fairly pragmatic outlook on her work. She understands the logic of making sacrifices for the benefit of the agency. Assassinations and collateral damage are unfortunate, of course, but may be necessary for the good of the mission. Purnima prefers the research and planning aspects of a mission. She can be useful at infiltrating target organisations if need be, but would also be well suited to an off-site supporting role, sorting through blueprints and documents, and relaying instructions to other agents.

Role: Strategist/mission support

Skills:
Deception/Seduction: (+2)
Disguises/Infiltration: (+2)
Planning: (+4)
Investigation: (+3)
Guns: (0)
Unarmed Combat/Melee: (0)
Hacking/Computers: (+1)
Saboteur: (+1)
Vehicles: (+1)
Stealth/Sneaking around: (0)
Leadership: (+3)
Agility/Speed: (0)
Technician: (0)

Stunts:

[Nokia dominance] +2 Hacking for mobiles, PDAs, small devices. Need a phone tapped? No problem. This does not apply to computers or more complex devices.

[Don't you know who I am?] +3 to Deception/Seduction, one use per mission. Purnima can use her inspirational bullying leadership abilities to bluff her way out of a difficult situation if suspicion is raised. It won't work a second time, however.

[Surrounded by incompetence] +2 to Leadership during planning stages of a mission. We are notsneaking in through the sewers again.

Backstory:

Purnima was born in the UK and led a fairly unremarkable life until coming into contact with the agency. She graduated from Cambridge with a first-class law degree, but went into business rather than legal practice. She quickly rose up the management ranks at the multinational conglomerate MorCo Industries, reaching the esteemed position of Dynamic Optimisation Consultant (in chief), married a suitable dentist, and had a child.

While Purnima was in her late thirties, MorCo?s medical branch was taking substantial losses from corporate rival Underdrain Pharmaceuticals. After standard marketing tactics failed to help regain the market, Purnima decided to take matters into her own hands. After a couple of days digging through tax records, interviewing employees, and investigating a few laboratories while disguised as a health inspector, Purnima formulated a report stating that Underdrain had committed huge tax fraud, and was producing contaminated medication. When her findings hit the media, Underdrain went bankrupt in a sea of lawsuits and protests. Of course none of that had been true, but Purnima made sure that when the government inspectors made their own investigations, all the data had been changed to support her accusations.

Purnima got a nice bonus after the Underdrain affair, but also attracted the attention of the agency. Impressed with her investigation and efficient corporate sabotage, they offered her a job. It wasn?t an easy transition ? the need for secrecy about her new work led to a messy divorce ? but Purnima has never regretted her decision.

Other:
- Competent in Hindi, Arabic and Spanish
- Has an ex-husband and a teenage daughter living in Scotland. Purnima only visits occasionally, and does not like to talk about her family.
- Has been with the agency for 6 years.

Let me know what you think.

Edit: Put one-off deception stunt up to +3.

Cool, I was waiting for your sheet. Hm, apart from the fact that a one use +2 would be a strange choice (considering one use stunts are allowed to be +3) it's a good sheet. If I understand it correctly, you say that you're willing to do off-site parts during some missions? Or is that me reading too much into it?

For everyone: I'll choose sheets tomorrow (UK tomorrow).

Ok, I'll change that to a +3. I'm happy to do off-site mission control type stuff in some missions, my character is not the best field agent anyway considering that she can't run, sneak or fight.

Would bomb arming/defusing fall under the Technician or Saboteur skill?
Bombs are saboteur regardless. Defusing can fall under technician in some situations, but saboteur will always be the best skill for handling them.

As I've already mentioned, I could only accept 6 (Because of mine and IFS's characters making the overall 8). While all of the sheets were really good, I had some difficulty deciding. Nevertheless, these are the 6 sheets I decided upon:

Name: Y.T. "Yours Truly" (Yukari Tan)

Age: 32

Appearance: Y.T. has slanted brown eyes, and brown hair. She is of asian heritage, but keeps the specific country and area to herself. She's of medium height, 5'8'', and has a rather slim body leaning towards athletic. Y.T.'s normal appearance is unremarkable and even common. However, she often changes it with different styles of clothes, fake tattoos and fake piercings, but also by dying her hair in neon colors.

When she's working she tends to change her appearance based on who she's working for and what country she may currently be in, if it's a country she often stays in for a longer period of time. She tries to go for what would blend in with the local crowd, not stand out at all.

When Y.T.'s not had any jobs for a longer period of time she lets her appearance decline, which usually ends up with her having disheveled long hair with one or two dyed strains. She'd also wear baggy and loose clothes during one of those periods where she's decided to isolate herself from human interraction IRL.

Personality: Y.T. is intelligent, handy and somewhat of a hermit when her funds allows her to be. She's skilled with guns and computers, plus loves to be behind the wheels of a vehicle. She likes to say she grew up in a workshop, as her father worked as a mechanic for a racing team, and she more often than not spent her free time with him. When her father got killed in a robbery she began to isolate herself from the real world and spend more time online, chatting with random strangers and slowly learning everything she could about computers and hacking. It got her in trouble a couple of times, but nothing too serious.

She is a nice enough person to talk to, even if she can seem distant or eccentric at times. She does not like it when people use her real name though, and prefers to go by her nickname, or a fake name if she's working. Y.T. is prone to taking longer vacations where she lives alone in an undisclosed location until she's running low on money again. She's more active online during these periods, but has little to no contact with the outside world. She speaks chinese, japanese and korean fluently, but also has a good understanding of english.

Role: Hacker, Courier, Driver. Those are some of the roles Y.T. has done and can do on missions for those she works for. She's gone undercover more than once for different organizations, or just done smaller jobs for the more questionable people in the world, where she's had to either work as a getaway driver or smuggle/transport objects from one place to another. She's never used or advertised her skills with computers when working for criminal organizations, and merely remained a person of little note in the underworld.

Skills:

Deception/Seduction: (+2)
Disguises/Infiltration: (+1)
Planning: (0)
Investigation: (0)
Guns: (+3)
Unarmed Combat/Melee: (0)
Hacking/Computers: (+3)
Saboteur: (0)
Vehicles: (+4)
Stealth/Sneaking around: (+1)
Leadership: (0)
Agility/Speed: (+1)
Technician: (+2)

Stunts:
Just a Sec: Gives +2 to Vehicles. Y.T. is a great driver when it comes to cars, but she's also got a good enough basic understanding of vehicles in general to be able to figure out how to drive anything if she's given time to think and work out how to control it. It may be on land, air or on water. It could also be used to get her out of a tight situation if she's already in control of a vehicle, and being chased for example.

Work, Dammit: Gives +3 to technician once a mission. If something is broken during a mission, Y.T. can unleash her stress or anger to be able to think of a solution and fix it faster.

Gadgets

The Van: Gives +2 to hacking/computers. The van is a simple black van with tinted windows, which Y.T. lives in during her times of solitude. It is outfitted with an array of computers and has access to internet which allows her to hack or disrupt the activites of companies connected to the internet.

Backstory: Y.T. grew up on the move, as her father would often travel from one place to another in his job as a skilled racing mechanic and bring his family with him. It meant she had few lasting friendships before she got a computer and began to socialize with people all over the world through internet. Even if she never met most of them she still felt like she was part of a group or had friends.

She lost her father in a robbery, when he didn't let go off his belongings fast enough and they shot him on the spot. He was rushed to the nearest hospital, but it was in poor condition and he didn't survive the ordeal.

When she turned 18 she joined the military for a period of time, to undergo basic training and the like. She was tested physically and mentally during that time. It was where she learned how to use different types of guns and rifles, but also honed her skills with vehicles and computers.

After that she began to take smaller jobs as a courier and driver for different people, eventually leading to her meeting criminals and getting contacts in the underworld. However, she never aspired to join any of them officially or show her true potential among their like. In time, she joined the agency when offered a job. She has been with the agency for about five years.

Name: Lars Von Breust. Also known as The Butcher, Ol' Faithful, or [url+http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buckriders]Buckrider[/url]

Age: 45

Appearance: Lars is a broad-shouldered man of 6?1, with a lean and muscular build. He has slicked-down, black hair that stops just below his ears and a thick moustache that curls upwards slightly at the ends. Lars is missing his left eye but a polished, bone-white sphere sits in the socket, a fake eye that few know the story of. His right eye is brown.

Lars wears a loose-fitting white shirt (somewhat discoloured) underneath a brown waistcoat. The sleeves of the shirt are rolled up to just below the elbow, revealing scars that criss-cross up his arms. He wears snug black jeans and a pair of slightly scuffed black workman's boots. Around his waist, Lars has a heavy butcher's belt [http://i30.tinypic.com/5do55e.jpg] completely stocked with knives (specifically the ones from the linked picture).

Personality: Unsettlingly straight-talking, Lars doesn't suffer fools lightly and will never hold back his own opinion. As a result, he's found himself not very well-liked amongst his peers but, typically, Lars doesn't care. He'll be the first to admit that he's a selfish bastard and will often disregard others' feelings or goals if they contradict with his own. That said, Lars is so loyal to the agency that many have given him the nickname Ol' Faithful.

Lars is recklessly brave and will blindly throw himself into harms way to fulfill missions but has been known to leave comrades in trouble if he believes that saving them would jeopardise the agency's plans. Overall, Lars has a reputation as being a guy who gets things done - and done well - but a particularly terrible human being.

Role: General muscle/Saboteur/Interrogator

Skills:

Deception/Seduction: (+2) (Lars uses this skill not so much as seduction, more intimidation).
Disguises/Infiltration: (0)
Planning: (0)
Investigation: (+2)
Guns: (+1)
Unarmed Combat/Melee: (+4)
Hacking/Computers: (0)
Saboteur: (+3)
Vehicles: (+1)
Stealth/Sneaking around: (+1)
Leadership: (0)
Agility/Speed: (+3)
Technician: (0)

Stunts:
"I see what you did there": +3 to Saboteur. Lars is able to predict the target's plans based on what he's already seen/experienced, and can figure out the best way to sabotage them.

"Don't make me hurt you": +2 to Deception/Seduction. Using his specialised skills with knives and particularly violent temperament, Lars can intimidate a captured - or otherwise incapacitated - enemy to learn valuable information, or indeed make someone do something for him (like unlock a door, for example). Here's an example of the kind of situation this can be used in: Lars creeps up on an enemy (providing he passes the necessary stealth check), grabs them from behind and holds a knife to their throat. That's when I'd roll for a D/S check utilising this stunt.

"Hit me again, I dare you": +2 to Unarmed/Melee. Lars has always been a scrappy fighter, relying on his ability to take a lot of hits rather than skill to win. With a high pain threshold and a total disregard for his own safety, Lars has become a particularly formidable close-quarters combatant. This can only be used when Lars has already taken damage from his proposed target.

Backstory: Unlike many at the agency, Lars' background is relatively well known. He was born to Dutch parents in a rough London estate, and attended both school and college, receiving pretty average grades. As a teenager, he hung around with shady characters and ran with a few gangs, fighting and committing petty crimes. Without much of a direction in life, Lars apprenticed hiself to a local butcher; a shady South London type with some pretty violent friends.

Alongside learning how to butcher various animals, Lars began to learn about the more organised, seedy underbelly of London crime. He ran small jobs for his boss and quite often found himself in prison. After one particularly lucrative job, Lars took the fall for his boss and went into prison for five years. During his incarceration, Lars fought to survive the gangs and petty squabblings of the inmates, earning him a reputation as a crazy fighter who didn't have any regard for his own well-being.

Upon his release, Lars returned to his boss and was offered the butcher's shop as his reward for taking the fall. His boss announced his retirement, and left Lars in charge of, not only the bucther's business, but the organised crime syndicate too. After many years, Lars had established a great business foundation - both legal and illegal - but was eventually caught out after a particularly reckless gamble involving an undercover policeman and a pig carcass stuffed with coke.

Facing a very, very long stretch in prison, Lars' life seemed to be nearing a rather anti-climactic end until a third party got involved and - with the help of a pretty large amount of money - convinced the authorities to hand Lars over to them. The agency, were impressed with Lars' skills and wanted to make him an offer: live the life of a somewhat free man earning good money to do what he's good at, or rot away in a cell for an undisclosed - yet, inevitably long - amount of time.

To Lars, there was no choice. He's been working with the agency now for 6 years and seems to have gained quite a reputation.

Other:
- Despite having Dutch parents, Lars speaks with a south London accent and only knows a bit of Dutch and German (mainly swear words).
- Although Lars' background is fairly common knowledge to most members of the agency, no one seems to know how he lost his left eye. If asked about it, he will refuse to answer the question. If pressed on the matter, Lars often responds with violent anger.
- He has an extensive knowledge of various cuts of meat from a vast array of animals, and also how best to prepare and cook them. Most know that he is also able to pinpoint the best places to stab a human for certain results that range from inconvenient pain to slow, excrutiating death and everything in between.

Name: Richard Brennan

Age: 32

Appearance: Richard is 5'8 with an athletic build that manages to stay slim. His face is largely forgettable and devoid of many defining features. He is clean shaven and has a weak chin, his face is friendly but not memorable to those who don't know him. His hair is brown and cut short, again with no discernible style. This is intentional.

Richard enjoys wearing suits (and thinks it rather works with the job) but is willing to change outfits depending on the nature of work.

Personality: Richard is professional and dedicated, a true company man. In a less exciting job he'd be a normal office worker. Richard is reserved and mostly quiet, allowing others to take the initiative. Richard is a field agent, not a planner and works best when given a plan to follow. Not much gets him riled up either as he sees arguments as not worth his time and has learned to ignore people if he really wants to.

Richard reacts well to people being nice to him though and dislikes people who he judges to be too rude and direct, especially if they are being unnecessarily rude. He is calm under pressure and approaches his work with quiet pride.

Role: Stealth Expert

Skills:

Deception/Seduction: (+1)
Disguises/Infiltration: (+1)
Planning: (0)
Investigation: (+3)
Guns: (+2)
Unarmed Combat/Melee: (+2)
Hacking/Computers: (0)
Saboteur: (0)
Vehicles: (+1)
Stealth/Sneaking around: (+4)
Leadership: (0)
Agility/Speed: (+3)
Technician: (0)

Stunts/Gadgets:

I've got just the trick... +2 to unarmed combat against opponents that are completely unaware of Richard. Using his training in hand to hand combat to disable enemies is a useful skill when an agent has to take someone out. This only works if the target if the attack is not aware of Richard when he does it. If they are aware or suspicious the bonus does not apply.

Who was that?!. +2 to Stealth/Sneaking around when the guards have spotted Richard. An experienced infiltrator knows how to get out of a bad situation. This ability can only be used to escape detection as soon as Richard is spotted. He cannot use this ability when enemies are in pursuit, he must use it straight away if he chooses to do so.

The Tranquillizer Gun. +2 to Guns and has a non lethal effect. Every infiltrators best friend. Just remember to collect the darts once they're down!

Backstory: Richard Brennan, or Rich to his friends, grew up in Manchester, England without parents. He spent his childhood in foster care, leaving when he was 16. As soon as he left, Richard Brennan dropped off the records only to reappear again five years later at the Agency when he was 21. Having worked his way up through the agency ranks Richard is now one of their top infiltrators.

During the "off the records" time Richard was involved with petty crime at first, before joining a gang and becoming more serious. Richard was particularly adept at breaking and entering, as well as getting into places other gang members couldn't. His average appearance belied his criminal activities and he did not come under police suspicion for the crimes committed by the gang. Nobody ever connected him to their activities and it wasn't until the gang stumbled across equipment belonging to the agency that anybody actually pinned him down to something. The agency arrived on his doorstep with an ultimatum: turn in his gang members and give up the location of the stolen equipment, or get turned into the police. The agency added a job as an incentive and Richard accepted. He has been with the agency ever since then.

Other:
= Despite being with the agency for a long time, he is not promotion material. Richard has little aptitude at planning and organisation.
= Richard does not like killing and will avoid it wherever possible. However, he does understand the necessity of killing from time to time.
= Richard can only speak English. His grasp of other languages is rather basic and he usually relies on others or a phrase book.

An ordinary-looking fountain pen that, when activated, not only is capable of recording local audio, but is also capable of majoring magnifying sound with excellent clarity up to 50 meters.

I'll make an escapist group later.
