I just hate, HATE little kids who play 18+ rated games online. I deleted someone who I used to play online with when I found out he was 10 years old. I should have realised when his comment (talking PS3 here) read
"GTA 4 KICK BALLS".

Going against a whole Sniper-team on Battlefield: BC 2. There are 4 classes and squads split into four players FOR A FUCKING REASON!
A perfectly balanced team against 12 Recon players is not a fun game, and they always lose anyway so its cheap, unintelligent and doesn't work.

RANT OVER.

Singing. Why. If im playing poker with friends or any other social activity you can bet your ass IM NOT SINGING! What is it about handing a retard a microphone that screams THIS IS FOR SINGING, SING INTO THIS, while your friends on xbox live disown you and begin burning childhood photos of you. Buy singstar. There should be a charity called "LETS SING ON XBOX LIVE" that gives one lucky singing retard a slap in the face and a copy of singstar covered in superglue. Also all other games they own should be pulverised and incinerated. Now they can sing all they like.

When a team loses, no one ever wants to say "good job team, maybe next time" or something like that.
I always mock these people. "YES TEAM, next time we should all play like mr perfect who is the best plyaer ever, we should do all in our power to emulate him, ive even posted his name onto the community forums for players we should all try and be like. All worship the great immpecable player, he only ever loses because of other peoples mistakes". These people piss me off no end, i only play games regularly with fun communities full of good sports. The best way to correct this is to lead by example. Always be gracious in defeat or victory and congratulate your teammates for good play.

I hate to advertise a game a little here but league of legends is an online game where teams are almost always gracious in defeat and victory and the community is really friendly about losing and winning. Games like this are rare and should be worshiped as such.

For me, depending on the situation, it's kill stealing. Now, I don't mind people KSing from me if it's accidental, once every so often, or in a situation where it's necessary that someone, hell, ANYONE, gets the kill fast. (e.g: In gears when I have downed the leader on a guardian game and his buddy is like, right next to him about to pick him up.)

However, I have seen a growing trend of when me and someone else down each other, my teammates (only happens when I play with randoms) will happily run past me, steal my kill and THEN come and pick me up. And then run around stating how many kills they've got. Even though they have about 13 kills with the score you get for about 3 kills.

Another that pissed me RIGHT of, there was some stupid noob on Gears (yes, I play gears a lot, I don't know how I haven't actually snapped and gone on a REAL rampage) was on my team, and I had a team of 3 with me anyway. We saw this guy had a mic, so (being a generally friendly until you piss us of bunch), I hopped into game chat (closely followed by the rest of the guys). What we entered into, was a 12 year old little screeching american (no offense to americans who are not 12, or who don't screech all over the mic), who was calling BS and lag every time he got killed (even though the game was fine for the rest of us). But we stuck about in game chat, tellin him to calm down, and trying to tell him where he would be most effective while playing with us (theres no point in everyone going to the same place unless you're on a rush...right?) And at the the start of the second round, he just calls "oh, I'm killing leader". So we're all just like "yeah, whatever man" And my mate that has made leader on our team goes and tags himself in and sits back to relax for 10 minutes. I made a manouvre I am particularly proud of, and ended up (after taking out the 2 guys he had protecting him) in a little 1 v 1 with the enemy leader. Now, I knew this kid wanted him, so I was getting ready to back off, when I checked and saw the kid was MILES away, and there was no way I was gonna last that long, or that his cover would stay down that long. So I did what I had to do, and killed him. This kid then proceeds to spend the rest of the entire game (which ended in 3-2, so thats a LOT of rounds) shouting, swearing, and saying how I stole his kill "coz i called it man!!"

Sorry about the WOT and rant there :p but it IS relevant.

Another nice short one, is in Forza. Now fair enough, occasionally I do clip people on my way past if I cut it too fine. But there are some guys, and I swear they must actually drive straight AT you, rather than for the corner, and they send you spinning off, knackering up your sexy cars!!

When 10-12 year old kids keep cussing to the point of irritation.

This happen to me recently......

I was playing LittleBigPlanet when I joined in a quick game. We were going through pretty decently, until we got to a certain part. The leader wanted get a certain object. Some sticker or something. All the while saying,

"Dude we gotta get up there. Just put that shit like this and jump. Jump, jump...............awww......what the fuck?!! This is fuckin' stupid. It's so retarded. Hey you in the red, hold that shit. Wait, now jump. Shit."

That went on for 15 minutes.

T_T

All for some ugly ass item. *sigh*.....................I should have just left.
Indeed you should have. I wouldn't have the patience for that.
OT: In Battlefield, grenade spammers. Especially when it's a small group of 'em.

No offense mate, but how the hell can you not tell when you're playing with a little kid as opposed to people of an... appropriate age... for want of a better term. (Not that those of an appropriate age have any more sense)

He didn't have a mic, he added me after we played a few games online, we only spoke via messaging.

I can't stand people that blast music. Even if the song is any good, I came here to play TF2, not for ear rape!

Ragequitting, especially in one on one games where a disconnect does not count as a loss, i.e. there is no real penalty for bailing out in the middle of a game. This was the case with Soul Calibur 4 and it really did piss me off to no end.

Teabagging I think is a given but I also hate people who use the same cheap tactics over and over and over and over...again

Edit: When I say Cheap Tactics, I mean like keep using the shotgun in the hallway, using Noob tubing all the time, or camping so much you might as well bring a tent

While I do agree that shotties and noobtubes do get frustrating sometimes, they are in fact, part of the game. If you don't like being constantly killed by it, maybe you should try a different tactic that will allow you to avoid those deaths.

Actually, I think these people said it best:

I hate people who keep falling for the same cheap tactics over and over.

For example, if you keep getting killed in tight hallways by a shotgun, common sense dictates that you stop going through tight hallways.

Unfortunately, common sense is a super power and so few people have it.
Shockolate said:
Sound to me like someones a little sour after a MW2 session.

Every one of those "Cheap Tactics" are legitimate strategies. Hallways are a great place for shotguns. Grenade Launcher's are a fantastic weapon to use. And there's nothing wrong with good positioning.

What would you prefer, them to use at long distance? Grow up.

OT: Griefing in all manners and forms.

Damned ninjas! lol

I just stopped playing online totally. TKs - Singers - Screaming racial slurs - cussing other people out - tea bagging - ect ect - I really could go on for hours. But in the end I refuse to pay money to play with children who seemed to be raised by wild animals - Children also being the 20 something retard who is a little passive aggressive little shit who works at McDonalds after getting his liberal arts degree.

If I ever catch my kid doing anything like that online I will sell every piece of video game material on craigslist for a $1.

Only online game I play any more are MMOs and I turn off every chat channel and just run with the wife and family.

I know its been said a hundred times before but goddamn do I hate this thing. I've fired one in real life as well and its just so bloody unrealistic.
After that the only thing that really gets to me is rage quitting but I cant get to angry that because I do it as well lol.

Well I must say that the shotgun was made to be used in hallways.

OT:people that always seem to be on my team that use a strategy see it fail and then just keep doing it,feeding the other team kills.

Another was in red faction with friendly fire, some prick kills me while I have the flag so he can score, but he just stays a the base waiting for one of us to get the flag so he can kill us and score it then he drops-out calling me a noob for smashing him with my hammer.

EDIT:people who you kick the ass of using a tactic they are bad against and after the match call you a noob and tell you to "Drop the _____ gun and play right".

Im sorry but if it wasnt a hack or a mod or whatever then how did I play wrong >:/
