I'd probably take plasmids from Bioshock and The Druid Plow (The Deuce) from Brutal Legend.

Mercer's powers from Prototype would be plan b.

Lessee.

Armour - Warhammer 40k space marine suit. Only in non-giant size. Should help with heavy lifting, provide protection, and most importantly, should be compatible for any environment. The best of power armour and a hazmat/spacesuit, essentially.

Vehicle - Something with the ability to teleport, or with complete autopilot. If the latter, ideally with flight and durability/the ability to land anywhere. Sorry, don't know many vehicles. Why the specifications? Because I don't trust myself to drive/pilot anything. Ever.

Weapon - Medigun, from TF2. I may be a complete pacifist, but helping anyone I come across would be nice.

Edit: Never mind, no flight. So yes, autopilot vehicle or a teleporter, and autopilot in the case of the former.

Well....

I would take my sub-machine gun from borderlands.
*91.7% accuracy (somewhere around there)
*4.3x zoom (again, I think that was it)
*Incendiary rounds
*etc, etc

For armor I would just go all Ned Kelly on everyone's ass :p
And for a vehicle I would use a unicycle.

Yeah.... I don't really plan on lasting that long in an apocalypse XD

i'd probably have boba fett's armour, jet pack, flamethrower, rockets, a cool little cape, and i could fly around spouting one liners. I guess I'd have to go for a good blaster for my weapon, no hokey religions or ancient weapons for me.

as for a vehicle i'd have a vw camper with a cooker in it because hey you need somewhere to cook your radroach.

Weapon: Alien Blaster, Fallout: New Vegas. (and Fallout 3). I could create a few Alien Power Cells every day and be taken care of. Only weighs two pounds, it's point-and-shoot, and I'm not very strong so bigger weapons would be too unwieldy for me.

Armor: Ranger Battle Armor, Fallout 3. I'm not really strong enough to move effectively in Power Armor but having 27 pounds on my back and five on my head? I could get used to that as time went on. Might slow me down a bit at first. Thankfully, skill progression/attribute gain in real life is more Elder Scrolls than Fallout.

Vehicle: Some kind of armored scout car or other similar fast armored/recon vehicle that could have a gun mounted on its front and be able to get out of trouble quickly if the need arose. If I could get a modkit to put half-tracks on it, I'd do so.

...blessed +5 silver dragon scale mail...
...And, for my ride, probably the Bonewagon. That is all.

well, id probably go with Mjyolnir mark 6 armour, because its epic, and can apparently survive falling from orbit. for a weapon, I'd have to go for a M-96 Mattock from Mass Effect 2, and for a vehicle, I would go with a Halo:CE era warrthog, because those things are literally invincible, and can carry passangers, which will be nice in the apocalypse

If I choose the force does that mean I CAN'T choose a lightsaber? Because it seems to me that the two should just go hand in hand. I think I'm just going to pretend I can have both...

Weapon: The Force (and lightsaber, if possible)

Armor: The nanosuit from Crysis. Come on, it's hands-down the most versatile and useful armor out there.

Vehicle:(Dammit, I want the Normandy!!!) I guess I'll go with a 1972 Corvette. What? I already have the Force and a Nanosuit, what else would I need? I need something classy.

In other words:

Hmm, I'll go with a disruptor rifle, a pair of shokrukip MK II power armor (its a stealth suit designed to protect against most forms of physical damage, and its also equipped with grenades and a rations kit...)

as for a vehicle...

I think I'd go with a speeder bike, it uses gravitationally reversed blackhole technology, so technically it's not flying, and not capable of flight.

The weapon can only be used once? Alright.

Weapon: Ryno, from Ratchet & Clank.
Armor: HEV suit, from Half Life

and the vehicle... Military style Hummer, with a chaingun on top.

*Looks at the extremely long list of possible options*

For the weapon, I will go with the Bushmaster ACR with EOTech reflex sight as seen in MW2. Firstly because the adjustable stock will help in storing it in my vehicle. Secondly, the many rails it has will allow me to add and remove attachments to adapt to the situation. Lastly, it is chambered with the 5.56x45mm NATO rounds used by at least twenty armed forces around the world so even without the ammo replicator there would be plenty of usable ammo laying around.

For Armor... I'm tempted to say the the MJOLNIR Mark V Powered Armor of Halo fame but I'm going to go with the Riot Security RIG usable in Dead Space 2 without the front mounted display like the armor worn by the security seen at the start shortly before their deaths. Not only does it provide protection of vital areas while giving full mobility (or at least a large degree), it will also intimidate those that see me... hopefully. Also, food for thought; As stated within Doctor Halsey's journal found in the non-standard editions of Reach, the suit was designed for trained augmented operators ONLY. To everyone else, the first muscular twitch will end with you, in the journal's words, being "Ricocheted like a rubber ball."

As for the vehicle, I choose the Phoenix Class FI Racer as seen Fatal Inertia. Not only will it fit in my garage but it also has a top speed of 350kph... 650 if you're using the best engine available. It's not a vehicle limited to staying on dirt too. I also think that although a tank might barely fit in a garage, there is no point in getting one as it requires a crew of three trained personal to use it correctly.

My weapon would be the AER14 prototype from Fallout New Vegas. More powerful than a standard laser rifle, perfectly accurate, and no recoil.

My armour would be a set of Adeptus Astartes assault marine armour. Not originally from a video game, but it is featured in a few.

My vehicle would be a vulture jetbike. Insanely dangerous, and largely unnecessary if I have an assault jetpack, but very cool.
