Merutio's hands moved in practised ease as he swung the ship around to face the wormhole. It looked like a small, circular silver frame of a different-looking patch of space, but once you got up close it was unimaginably huge, with ships moving in and out of the ring all the time.
The stabilised wormholes were dotted through the Arm, allowing even the biggest superfreighters access to places it would take lifetimes to move to under normal conditions. Heavily-fortified EMR-T gun emplacements track ships as they pass through, policing the movement of ships between this system and the next.

Vince quickly sorted out the pile of gear that was on his bed, He found an old set of goggles used for welding that he got from a kill. The left eye was cracked, "this is all I have other than snow goggles, it will have to do".
Vince then walked to Room A3; his hands close to his guns, walking as if he was expecting a trap.

Shanks fell to the floor of the ship, and vomited all over the floor, as he spewed up his previous lunch, he heard a large ticking sound coming from... inside him? He realized what had happened to him. He was a walking bomb. He ran as hard as he could towards the air lock, and attempted to unlock it, As his chest swelled as started to bleed. He cried out in pain as his skin was torn apart. The bomb was expanding out of his chest, and was almost ready to go off. He finally unlocked the air lock, and just in time. He jumped out into the vacum that was space and exploded, saving the lives of the people in the ship, and ending his own.

The cockpit shook as something exploded off the port side of the ship. Due to the lack of natural gravity, a spinning ship would quickly create its own from the axis of rotation. Loose things and people started to move towards the outer walls as centrifugal force asserted itself, until Merutio scrambled for the lateral thrusters and fired them in bursts until they had more or less stopped moving. He punched the ship-wide comms.
"This is your captain speaking. What the hell was that?"
While he waited for a reply, Merutio eyed the infrared view of the ship's surrounds to his left and saw, with growing dread and apprehension, a squad of heavily armed Customs ship had moved over to investigate the explosion.

He had stopped however in front of a large tank that houses a floating sphere of blue liquid. "This is it. Since you're fond of poisons, I thought you might like this too."
Merutio turned his attention away from the incoming Customs ships and listened to Mila's voice over comms.
"Um, Merutio, I think there was a bomb or-" She was abruptly cut off as the Customs ships hijacked the speakers and started broadcasting a smooth, artificial female voice.
"Attention pilot and passengers. Your ship has been marked as a Class-3 threat by Customs. Boarding will commence in 30 seconds. Do resist Customs officials. Comply with any and all directions given by Customs officials. Non-compliance with directions given by Customs officials may result in danger and/or harm to your mental and/or physical well-being. Please declare any contraband or illegal goods."
The ship shook and darkened as breaching pods hit the hull, and sawed through. Smoke grenades flew through the holes and were quickly followed by black-clad figures holding instruments of painful and personal destruction.
Suddenly they were everywhere, shouting for everybody to lay down on the floor and stop moving.
