I've only got a few level fours, subject Lambi.
I'm focusing on what roles I use them for normally e.g Vanille = Healing, Sazh = Synergist, Lightning = Commando. I max those out, then work on the other classes they have.

I did that as well, subject Sas. Now, I have Sazh and Lighting level up their Sentinel class, Vanille and Hope their Commando class and Snow his Medic class.

It seems so, subject Sas. But when Fang has her 3 main classes leveled up to level 4, I don't know if I should focus on her Medic class or Ravager class.

If my indication as to what is coming up is any help, subject Lambi, I'd say Ravager.
And I may have to go back and level up a bit more. ¬_¬
