OOC: Subjects, sometimes i detest the fact that i'm unable to actually stay here and somewhat devote myself to any specific RP, after looking over some of the ones that are in this forum, it makes me sad that i am not appart of them :'(

Subject Vaudess, just well...put it back on there were no screws involved before.
And here it is so far.
Ah yes, yet another Halo 3 Machinima. I would like to point out for all of you that most of my Machinima reviews are going to be about Halo 3 because the game opened up so many opportunities to have parodies made of it. This, caused thousands of Machinimas to be a Halo 3 parody. I am hoping to find a Machinima that isn't about Halo 3 [sup]God help me please![/sup] But until then, here ya fucking go. Enjoy what I present to you.
He so doesn't notice there's a title behind him. Shhhhh
Right, now that that's out of the way, onto the real review. Pregame Lobby is...a Halo 3 Machinima made by someone named Harabek, and all his friends. This follows the adventures of the guy named Mike, A.K.A. MikeyMike(his gamer tag name), and his friends Rachel, Matt, Brandon, Commander Melander, Jessica and Bob, and Silent Pete. This Machinima brings it's own unique style of comedy to the table. Instead of going for the RVB or Spriggs approach to a comedy (Nothing is wrong with what they do, don't yell at me!) Pregame Lobby goes for a sort of, sitcom style. It basically have everything a sitcom needs. Real life sounding and acting characters, mature humor, a tad bit of romance, just a tad bit of it. No seriously, it's like taking a grain of salt, that's what I mean by a tad bit. But, it even manages to make that it's very own. I will explain later in this review what I mean by this.
The characters are like mixing most of what you find with Halo 3 online, with, as I stated before, real life sounding characters. What I like about what they did there, is that now, you can connect to it with a, "Hey! I remember doing/saying something like that!" Or, "Hey! I act like that!" Or even, "Hey! I once heard someone on Halo that acted/sounded like that!" and it feels so good to say that. This is what Pregame Lobby does perfectly. Now let me introduce and explain who the Characters are.
[sub]Sorry, this was the best picture
I could find.[/sub]
Mike: Mike is the chimpanzee in a cage of Gorillas. He's the really really different one from the group. He's your average person playing Halo who just so happens to have a bunch of lunatics as friends. But, since he is playing Halo, it seems like he's the crazy one compared to the people he finds in the pregame lobby. That is one of the pluses of the show to. Have any of you ever seen "My Gym Partners a Monkey"? If you have, that is what Mike will remind you of. Adam from that show being the only human kid in the school, making him seem weird. And he will be the person you will make most of your connections to also because of his normality. Not to say he isn't a little bit twisted in the head. He is just not as insane as the rest of the group. Now, there is one more thing I am going to talk about this character, there is a conflict between him, and Commander Melander. Which bring me to...
[sub]Heres a game, every time I say
trash, you gotta drink something
alcoholic.[/sub]
Commander Melander:You know the snotty, trash talking little ass hole in every game you join? The one that always says stuff like, "Fuck you! You fucking **** bag! Your parents never fucking loved you and that's why I am the greatest!" Yeah he fills the slot of those kind of douche bags. And I freaking love him for it. Some of the trash talk that he comes up with will make you bust your gut with laughter. Now what conflict was I talking about? Oh yeah, ever since Commander Melander and Mike first met, they have hated each others guts. It all started when Melander was trash talking everyone in this one game, even his own team, and Mike could not put up with it anymore. Like I said, Mike was the casual guy, so he just kindly left the game saying "I can't take it anymore." and ever since then, Mike has hated Melander. Anyway, you soon find out in the show, that Melander is both a dick, but also smart and devious. I promised I would not spoil you, but if you really want to know how...
Commander Melander tricks Rachel, a character I shall explain next, into becoming a trash talking asshole douche bag like him, by saying that it has been statistically proven, that when people trash talk other people, it makes them better, and most of the time makes them win. She believed that.
