Yeah, subject Lambi. When you first arrive and after the spiffy cut-scene, you should have cie'th on either side of you.
Fight them and head towards the back of that area. There should be a ledge for you to jump onto that branches out into 3 directions, one with an inactive portal, one with a portal back to Eden and one back to the plains.
