WRONG, the girl in the lower left is, how we say in da hood, trippin' balls due to all the drugs that she presumably has taken (theres pills and stuff spilled around where she is, so she probably took some of them, but i don't know whats with the used condoms on her head though)
the girl on the left has already gone insane and is skinning her arm, and the girl on the right is eating the stuff thats in the toilet bowl because she is starving, so shes pretty much gone crazy from having to resort to that, thus the reason for the tears and the not caring about the big-ass centipede nibbling her leg....
