Subject Vee, you see, as Americans are descended from....just about everyone, (it's to the point that I just assume the part of me that's European is Spaniard, because I don't know what the hell it really is XD) we really don't have a culture, but a hive mind culture. We all live in a certain harmony, for we are a proud people, who are usually terrible at giving speeches and explaining why! XD

Subject Kcits, now all of San Diego is worried because we have hundreds of miles of those pipes all over the city and no one knows were they are. The county's company, SDGE, says that everything will be fine and that everything is all repaired. But SDGE has a very shady and shoddy record of repairs. For example, power was cut off from part of my school and 3 blocks of my town when a single crow flew into the transformer. SDGE fixes it after a day and it breaks again because it wasn't repaired correctly.

Subject Kcits, you see why the city's paranoid right. We also don't know were the pipes are. Not even construction workers know it nor private contractors and SDGE won't release the information on it because they would be "infringing on the privacy of the companies that own the pipes".
