Had Nefarious's plan succeeded and every hero's victory was undone, that his first defeat to Captain Qwark on Magmos would never happen and he therefore would still be an organic life form. In theory, this would have caused a time paradox, as if Nefarious still was an organic life form, it was possible that he didn't plan to turn squishies into robots, therefore the battle against him in the Bioblitorator and Ratchet & Clank hadn't occurred, he hadn't drift at Polaris with the asteroid and never had chance to use the Great Clock to make it so heroes always lose.

Subject Toast, I already figured that out when I got the game when it came out. But he would recreate it so that villains always won and since the Clock fixes paradoxes it would sort itself to the best of it's ability until it all collapses onto itself.
