Simple subject Sas I set all the C buttons to right stick so I got camera control. If I need to zoom in like in the FPS sections I hold L (crouch) and use the right stick.

Subject Toast, I don't think it's going to work. I have a copy of Banjo-Tooie on my computer emulator and I use a controller that looks like and has buttons like a PS2 one.
