Subject Toast, the Dark Brotherhood gives you at least 1000 a week. And I think the Theive's Guild gives you more.

Subject Toast, well you can't make new rules. Plus the whole ordeal for becoming Arch-Mage is supposed to turn you off of it. I mean Necromancy is still legal in Cyrdill.
