Subject Vaude, personally I think Katakana is easier than Hiragana, but it's for club members who aren't in Japanese class. So I'll probably start with A and go to Sa. Plus I don't want to scare the new kids with the horrors of...Kanji.
Subject Vaude, I take it you know the horrors that Kanji can be. But some of them are so simple it's funny, like the Kanji for Buddha. Only 4 strokes.

I only know less than the bare minimum of Kanji, a little bit of Katakana and slightly more of that of Hiragana, subject Max. You know all three I take it?
