Subject Lost, I actually am doing that for F3. I did it on the Xbox version already...yes I have that much free time and am that much of a completionist. Then again me beating 4 JRPGs 100% would be evidence to that.

Subject Max, in a game like DA:O, ME2, or F3 I don't worry about that since the game is already a good amount of time and has multiple replay value to it. I don't play recent JRPGs so I don't 100% any of those

I think the only ones you can lose are the Energy Weapons and Strength ones, subject Lost. As they are both in locations that asplode.
