Subject Vee, basically it's talking about how the Supreme Court is going to decide if Video Games are protected by the 1st Amendment in the Bill of Rights.
Hopefully Meg Whitman doesn't win.
It all started because of the law in California that makes it illegal to sell an M-rated video game to a minor without parental permission, I actually agree with that but if I said that I get flamed like there is no tomorrow. Now it has turned into this big deal and huge mess and controversy. But during it Daniel made a some remarks about California in a very negative way; like telling us to improve our education. That seems like a low blow to me in that he's saying we are idiots. We aren't stupid, it's just that the people who govern us are stupid. Still can't figure how they win.

Subject Vee, that is another debate here somewhat. Most people think that California is Democrats or Liberals, it's mostly Conservative Republicans -not all are- though. But he meant that California needs to improve education because we're idiots is basically what I got from the statement he said.

Subject Max, the only problem I have with California's argument, is that they flat out state that "Kids do not have the intelligence to choose for themselves".

Subject BT, sadly the part about the kids not being able to think for themselves here actually is based off the current kids in California in Elementary School. Believe me, there are idiots here. There is a lot more I can go into detail on this though.
