Subject Max, even when I had my level 22 character (A jackass friend is why I no longer have it), I barely ever ran into them. I have amazing luck when it comes to certain things, like what Pokemon I'll find (always find the one I want in the grass), and what creatures I'll fight in Fallout 3. Surprisingly, did nothing in Point Lookout. Freaking Magic Hillbilly damage....
