I thought so as well, but I liked the story better in GTAIV. On whole, fan of them both, I just rented SR2 and beat it so I don't have it anymore.

Subject Smaug so is walking into a level 12 zone already amping yourself to lvl 20 through grinding and cleaning house, or going into a level 30 zone at lvl 20 and fighting for your survival
