Subject Lost, yeah it's next to where Neil would be if you got him to help. What happens is you go to the ham radio and the Super Mutant on it goes "Hey you intercpeted our transmission dumb-dumb". Then if you have a 75 speech you say "No dumb-dumbs here, we are taking over". Then what happened was a Nightkin master came running and I guess he ran off the mountain and died! XD
Subject Lost, I see. Well when I did that Neil doesn't do anything since the Nightkin Master fell to his own death. I think I also got a special Rocket Launcher named Annabelle. That's actually my first Rocket Launcher in the game so far. XD
