Yup subject Sas. That's why it's such a controversial book. I thought this was common knowledge.

It is the creepiest boss ever, subject Toast. Even creepier when you understand the symbolism behind him... It... I don't know.

Subject Toast. He symbolizes an aborted fetus that was the product of a mother's unwilling impregnation of him from rape. What it means is. Giygas is a fetus and he came from his rape victim mother, who aborted him, because Ninten was the whole Reason Giygas existed because the original alien gained so much power after fighting him, that he became Giygas. And he got the power unwillingly, which symbolizes rape.

I was cursed with the knowledge, subject Toast. It just makes him all the more creepy. And you know what else? You know the ninten head that shows from the Devil Machine when you fight him? It's Giygas trying to show Ness that they can be friends and that they shouldn't abort him. But Ness doesn't listen. And the whole thing about not being able to grasp the true form of Giygas' attack? It's self-defense, but Ness can't see that. It's like, towards the end of the game, for that one part, Ness became a heartless monster. Oh, and the fact that you had to PRAY to abort him. You could only PRAY that you aborted him in time.
