I regularly strap C4 to things that annoy me Subject Vaudees, and occasionally random bits of shrapnel/debris/body parts fly off and hit me from the force of the explosion, so I always have a bit of gauze on hand to help with any injuries I may sustain.

I am fiercely protective of my ideas Subject Vaudess. Even now I'm not too certain that posting one of them up before was a good idea.

But I suppose the Subjects can use them if they want to. Just not anyone else, otherwise it'll be the C4 treatment for them.
