"Its coming off" said Rain

"How?" Tim replied.

Rain pulled out a spanneresk device, "Come here" he said

"I don't think I want to." Tim said, his eyes flashing a dull red, before the coller sent a wave of electricity through him. "Crap." He sad as he cramped and hit the floor with a dull thud.

"Sure about that?" asked Rain with a laugh
the pup hopped down and started licking Tim's face

Victoria moved the pup and helped Tim to his feet.
"Tim, Sweetheart, are you alright?"

"Not funny." Tim managed. Just then three men snuck up behind Rain and grabbed him, Putting him in a strait jacket and sedating him. Before hualing him t'words the padded cell.

Rain started laughing, the three men were propelled several feet into a wall, "I've got friends in higher places than you" said Rain mockingly

He's not in the Asylum for any reason other than his protection from the public, plus anyone who can requisition military equipment without paper work has friends in VERY high places, they wouldn't touch him, and why would they? he's just a normal human

He's a scientist, who probably knew this would happen, he'd have some sort of way to combat tranqs, that and they would be sent flying by the numerous psykers in the area before they touched him, seeing as most of them owe him their lives

The orderlies got up, shook their heads and picked Rain back up. They carried him uneventfully to the padded cell, and tossed him inside. Locking all of the locks before leaving to thier other duties.
