"Victoria Vena. Nice to meet you...Are you sure you're okay?" She asked with some concern, looking at the crack in the table from where he'd struck.
Victoria studied the crack in the table for a few more seconds after meet his eyes.
"What happened while you were younger?" She asked with some curiosity.

"Well, since you asked." Tim began. "I used to be in the US marines, and I'm not talking about a few years ago, I'm talking about WW 2, my company had just landed on Iwo Jima, it was a total blood bath." He stoped thinking of that day. He continued. "We just landed on the beech and we had to take out this pill box that had half of the regiment pinned, so we got within inches of the box, and thats when things went a little haywire." He stoped again, more memories flooded his head. "Well, me being the balsy one of the company hopped in the pill box, and I turned it into a giant sprinkler, except it didn't fire water, it was blood. I got out of that box soaked in the stuff, the look on the face of the rest of the company made me regret being a vampire, and it truamatized me for years." He finished...
Victoria listened intently to the story. A side of her greatly impressed by the brutality of what he had done while the more prominent side was saddened by the expression on his face.
"I apologize for making you remember it. It must be difficult, especially what you described."

He pulled his wallet out, opened it up and removed three old photos, he pushed them across the table t'words Victoria, he named a year for each photo going from left to right. "1915, 1937 and 1961." He said. In each photo was a young man, Tim wearing his old Marine dress blues from when he first enlisted to before he was icarserated...
Victoria studied the photographs with interest, being careful when she picked them up. She thought for a few beats and giggled slightly.
"You look almost exactly like you did back then...You must have seen a hell of a lot between those years."
