The best country for game developing

Hey just an idea I had. The world at the moment has millions of gaming companies, but which is the best for developing a good game?

US. I mean, it's where Bethesda is based, as well as many others. And Valve. I guess France ranks quite high, with Ubisoft.

Definitely not Japan.

Probably in the U.S. since most developers seem to be there. Anyway, probably not Belgium, since I don't kno any developers here (meaning I'll have to move to get a job).

-French(Granted they didn't do much)
-Canadians
-Australians
-Africans
I could go on.

Also, there was only 1 beach that was fought for on D-Day, yet it happenned 8 different times in 8 different ways.

Alot of USA. Not Britain anyone? USA has alot of good game developers, but UK has Rockstar, Rareware, Citerion, Creative Assembly, media molecule and (probably to a lesser extent these days) Free Radical. Most of the games they churn out, you all know are pretty dam good.

Japanese games are just better in every way possible.

Alot of USA. Not Britain anyone? USA has alot of good game developers, but UK has Rockstar, Rareware, Citerion, Creative Assembly, media molecule and (probably to a lesser extent these days) Free Radical. Most of the games they churn out, you all know are pretty dam good.

In the UK its very VERY good it terms of creativity but it's crap when it comes to money, support, translation issues etc.

My 2 favorite developers are Canadian, so I'll go with Canada.

You realize companies like Blizzard and Valve are American right? I'm actually not a huge fan of either one of them, but they certainly don't fall under the stereotype you just laid out.

USA. A lot of good games are made here now. Japan used to be the winner, but not anymore. Not by a long shot.

Name an EA historic game which doesn't star Captain America. In fact name an EA game which doesn't star Captain America. They may have historians, but they only really care for American history it seems, not the rest of the world.
