Robo-Pit on the PS1, played that way back. Great fun but I did kind of kick it in. I managed to beat the game without losing even once. Still it was really good fun, even if the sequel was crap.

SSX Tricky and SSX 3, I loved those games yet no one seems to know what they are
I have SSX Tricky on the GC. Really fun game.

I would have to say either I Want To Be The Guy:The Movie:The Game Demo,FLail or Imperishable Night. IWTBTG is basically puzzle type where you have to get past each room. FLail is the same thing but makes you use physics to get past each stage. Imperishable Night is a Japanese vertical shooter. All are free and extremely insane.

No One Lives Forever... I hope plenty of Escapists played it, but it wasn't a commercial success. Silver, I remember playing the demo for that, never got around to playing the full game. As for Mount & Blade, great game, possibly one of the biggest mod communities since Half-Life; it's also done well enough for a small company that there is an official expansion in the works.

Gun for PS2/XBox/Xbox360. It was well-executed and the voice acting was spot-on. It was less a game, than a really good and immersive Western.

I've played SSX Tricky. Shame I haven't played SSX 3.

Barely anyone's played Tekken....

Any of them.
Really?
I thought that Tekkan was a very popular series.
I say Clocktower. It was fun, scary, and had multiple endings and ingame events to increase replay value. And yet I have met only one person on this site who played (and mentioned) it.
My praise could all just be nostalgia though.

Grim Fandango I guess. Oh, why must it have been a Commercial failure?
