That resident evil one for the wii with the flash interactivity. Although the fact that I can't remember the actual name means that either 1) the trailer wasn't that good, or 2) there are too many resident evil games to keep track of. I'm picking option 2.
Also, the 'The Old Republic' one with the massive lightsaber battle? You know, the one that in 2 minutes was better than all 6 hours of the prequel trilogy? (By better, in this case, I mean more exciting. There were points during episodes 1 and 2 where I started to wonder if testing the resistance of my hand to fire might not be better. Mostly the points where Jar-Jar was on screen.)

I really liked the trailer for World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade.

"You are not prepared..." just gave you this feeling that everything you had done previously meant nothing in the face of what you were going to have to do.

And I would have to second this. 'You are not prepared' gave me chills! And also the blood elf chick was hot.

I liked the Gears of War trailer with Mad World playing in the background, the Borderlands one was pretty cool too boasting the game had "a bazillion weapons" or something similar.
