Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness episode 1 and 2. I bought it when it was on sale thinking it would be worth it.

Fallout 3 and Bioshock were OK games, I just never liked them that much.

Fallout 3 had horrible gun physics, drab and glitchy graphics, annoying characters, and a boring and repetitive story. A major annoyance was that the "choices" that apparently make WRPGs so great were nothing more than paper-thin cosmetic changes. Overall, it was a glitchy mess that deserved somewhere around a 6.5-7.0 but got game of the year. It failed as an RPG and it failed as a Shooter.

Bioshock had great ideas and settings, but did almost nothing else right. The combat was loose and easily broken, the RPG elements where all but non-existent, the storytelling involved way too many audio-logs and suffered from the first person prospective. The premise was good, and the overall style of the game was entertaining, but it just wasn't that fun or deep.

Half Life. I understand why people love it but for some reason I can't get to like it.

Halo as well.

Halo 3 and Halo reach games might be good, i would never know.

But after playing Halo with its bland repeating indoor maps that made up the majority of the game then being told Halo 2 was no better i dusted my hands of the series for good.

Dragon Age: Origins... how I despise you. You promised me a dark fantasy adventure a la Song of Ice and Fire, but I didn't realize that you thought dark = blood, gore, and sex. Basically, it was everything I'd seen before and after finishing Mass Effect on a new Xbox360 it felt like playing the same exact game without the shooter elements and dumber (more insane) villains.

Mass Effect 2... you have no plot. I know nothing more about how to stop the Reapers than I did at the end of Mass Effect 1, so in the sense that this is a trilogy and the Reapers are incoming from Dark Space, why is it that I played you again? I'll admit I like the sniper rifle. Plus, you compared yourself to Isaac Asimov and high minded science-fiction... lolwhut?

Yes, yes, blasphemy but for me they just don't deserve the hype and their stories are incredibly shallow.

I could not stand FF7. I didn't like the battle system, and after that part where Cloud is disguised as a girl, I quite literally wanted to break the disc in half. I quit a few hours of gameplay later, but would've left it much sooner if it wasn't so highly recommended. I don't like Metroid Prime 3 much at all either. It was really repetitive and too much of it was getting lost looking for stuff.

I know how good Bioshock is and I can see why people like it. It has a good atmosphere and very decent gameplay. But personally, I just can't stand it, plain and simple. I don't know why.
Same here, I know it's good, but I just can't bring myself to care enough to beat it.

Red Dead Redemption. I think I've practically finished it(and enjoyed it). But it won't let me initiate the next mission, it says "your family member isn't here right now, check back later" when the kid is clearly sat under the tree reading a book...and it makes me hate it.

He's my kid, he should work around my schedule...little jerk.
Same thing happened to me, you have to save and come back or do other missions first.

The game kind of wants you to save son missions till near the end.

OT: I said Bioshock in an earlier post.

Bioshock, plasmids were gimmicks with no uses and it couldn't really be called an FPS since there wasn't enough ammo to use any weapon except the wrench consistently. Enemies were way too well armored as well, which was fine for big daddies, they're supposed to be tough (Not that I ever should have fought them since I was only rewarded with more useless adam), but why can basic infantry survive being hit with a full clip of machine gun ammo and completely ignore the fact they're on fire or being mauled by bees when I can't survive a single burst? The only thing the game did well was atmoshpere; everything else about it was horribly broken, and I don't feel that good atmosphere should excuse the game part of the fucking game being shit.

Dragon Age, oh how I hate thee. And the thing is, I love fantasy RPG's; but that game just filled me with aggravation. I think it was because you as the main character seem so bland, dry and stereotypical.
Then make choices that aren't bland and stereotypical...

OT:Legend of zelda, to many puzzles for this gamer.

It's the only mission(other than a flower collecting purple patch side mission)that is available.

Don't have kids, they'll only hold you back.

Apparently Bayonetta is really good, but I just hate everything about it. I might go so far as to call it "fucking retarded".
