Probably The Witcher, the game was awesome fun but I couldn't stomach the blatant sexism. :< It's probably the only game where I have had that problem.
Seriously. The "herp derp let's give the player pokemon cards for sleeping with women" mechanic shouldn't be in any game, least of all a game that is trying to establish multiple credible female characters. IMHO, Triss in particular stands out as an unusually strong RPG character who starts out on the wrong foot because of that mechanic. Witcher 2 gets major props from me for fixing this problem, but I'm not a huge fan of the HBO-esque gratuitous nudity either.

A lot of people mentioning The Witcher here (snip) But people love it, so there's obviously something I'm missing.
It's got (in the full version - the initial version that sold in the US got the dialogue cut with a hatchet and terribly voice acted) one of the better game plots out there. It's the only one I've played that, for instance, requires the player to read between the lines on major twists. The characters are good, and the gameplay is reasonably well balanced on hard, deeper than average, and very true to the books. But it's dragged down by, among other issues, weird combat mechanics, glitches, a sexist women-as-trading-cards mechanic, and a general lack of polish (no pun intended.) Definitely a Your Mileage May Vary title - along the lines of Morrowind, Oblivion, or Fallout: NV. The good outweighs the bad for some people, and doesn't for others. The second Witcher is both more ambitious and much, much better executed, IMO.
