Probably a physicist.

I mean, you get to play with robots, lasers, electricity, gravity, and it's the only job that lets you fight back the alien invasion with crowbars and science. And you get paid to do it.

Really, the only drawback is all the science you have to know.

I would love to work in the games industry, be an author, be a curator at an art museum, or even a director. I have no idea if I have a good eye for movies, though.

Edit: Mythbusters would be awesome. Though the science part would be a *****.

It really depends from person to person, but it would definitely have some sort of powers or special skills involved for each person.

My personal dream job is to be a superhero :)

If people remember the story of the 'Sword of Democles', you will remember that anything involving Ruler, Tyrant, CEO, or actually anything in general, is dangerous. Such as the fool who said 'Emperor of the World', its like a Teenage Drama that ends with death, who wants that? *Except Wal-mart, that place is Teenage Drama*.

Me however? I would enjoy traveling the world, writing books, and possibly be a perverted man at the same time. I would also study Religion, Mythology, and Cultures. If someone has not noticed, yes, Jaraiya, from Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, is my role model, however i do not write perverted novels and im much more descreet, also i don't like whores.

I think those guys in Mythbusters are more Mechanics and Engineering orientated than Science :/ Plus i think the other three guys in the show that are split off form the main two don't use science at all, they just blow stuff up like bewildered tribesman from a far off land known as America.

Working as a pastry chef in a high end restaurant.
Until you get some absolute bellend like Gordon Ramsay coming along acting like you stamped on his favourite kitten because your croissants don't have the exact curve required.

My god I hate how it seems that restaurant kitchens are the last place you can truly abuse your staff and be respected for it.

Reminded me of this, it's rather satisfying:

I volunteered in an adult education place for about a year, just part time, teaching people how to use computers, e-mail, the internet, and MS Office. Even tho there was no money in it, there was real satisfaction seeing little old ladies going from bemused fear to complete understanding and even enjoyment of using a computer. I can see why people say teacher, and I might go for it if I had the power to just kick people off my courses for being a twat. As it is, teachers have no power, no respect, and deserve a lot more than they get.

Of course I understand there's some bloody awful teachers out there too.

That is sexual discrimination if I ever saw it.

Food taster would be pretty good although it doesn't provide many hours.

It is discrimination by the viewer not the industry which is almost the definition of capitalism. Most people watching porn watch it for the female. The male is about the same status as a prop.

Since when has that made a difference? People go out of their way to like for discrimination in EVERYTHING, which is why I'd hate to own a business. I'd still like to own a nice business though.

I have a passion for science, and math, so I'm biased in that respect.

Wasn't there an article [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/articles/view/issues/issue_266/7954-Videogame-Myths-Debunked.2] like...last week or the week before explaining why this job wasn't fun?

I reckon if I got paid for it, going on radio would be a pretty good job. It's pretty stress free, and you get to talk about whatever you want to talk about. I suppose if I was paid, and was on a commercial station, it'd be less fun. But yeah. Still an awesome job. And if I had a band successful enough where I could just perform whenever I felt like it, tour occasionally, and spend the rest of my time sitting around doing nothing, that'd be great.
