I can't pick one, but here's couple of feelings:
- Listening to this Dark Knight soundtrack song [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8-XarUUxM0] while running on the treadmill. Right when the crescendo hit you'll run as fast as you can, and you feel just like a superhero, so awesome.
- Winning a particularly difficult match in any game, be it Need for Speed: Shift (especially that one as I hold my breath like the entire last lap) or TF2 or anything else, especially when you have to come back from the brink of defeat. That moment of elation is wonderful.
- Coming home from a tiresome day at work, turning on the Dinner Jazz show on Jazz FM (pretty much just relaxed smooth jazz) and read a good book while simmering away in a really hot bath. Works after any physical exercise really, especially in the cold (someone mentioned it before), but work adds mental stress on that as well. Feeling that slide away
and the soothing of physical aches makes it soooo good.
- Hell, listening to the Dinner Jazz show in general. It's so soothing. Especially combined with stormy weather outside.
- The first bite of a really good piece of meat, especially spare ribs or steak, after not having one for ages.
- When the good kind of nostalgia hits, like when I first heard the Jurassic Park theme song for the first time in ages.
- Getting your mind blow when watching/reading/playing a book/movie/game. Good gods I remember thinking Fight Club was a random boxing film, oh was I wrong...
- When hype or just general excitement for the release of a new book/movie/game/music album hits, especially after some new awesome information or some trailer or something gets released. It makes me all gleeful like a little child.
- Maybe even better is when after that excitement you get the final product and it's every bit as awesome as you thought. Iron Man 2 was a great example of that.
- Hitting the bed knowing you're completely exhausted, and knowing you don't have to get up early in the morning.
- Finally leaving the house after being cooped up for ages for something
else than work. I don't get that very often, so when I see a movie on my own it feels oh so very satisfying to walk around town alone, knowing I don't have to worry about something.
- When something really difficult finally works.
-
Finally being able to really completely 100% forget every little bad thing you could think about. I had this feeling only once when we went to the sea a few years ago. I just lay down on the sand, listened to the distant buzz of people having fun and the sea, closing my eyes and just soak up the sun, relaxing all my muscles. Oh gods what I wouldn't do to have that feeling again.
I'll stop there, but there's probably a few more I forgot.
Also these that are worth quoting:

The little burst of adrenaline you get when you lean back just a little too far on a chair and have to catch yourself.
It's the little bursts that are the best for some reason, even better than continuous streams of adrenaline you get in like a roller coaster. I had one when I slipped off a rock climbing wall. Good gods I had a buzz the entire day.

Lying in bed with the covers curled around me, especially on a cold morning.
An important detail is, in my opinion, that you shouldn't feel too damp either. Like this perfect balance between hot and cold, dry and damp, every part of your body feeling pretty much the same ánd of course knowing that you don't have to leave your bed just yet. Delicious.
