I can tell that most people are trying to refrain from posting: "Link" too often but he's definitely my top pic.
but runners up are:
Kratos (God of War) he fights with swords attached to CHAINS!!!
Meta Knight (Kirby) really fast and furious and without a doubt goes overlooked here
Auron (FFX) The dude uses ONE ARM to wield a sword nearly AS BIG AS HIM and still kicks sin-ass
Protagonist (Shadow of Colossus) Can you scale mountain-like beasts under harsh conditions, then whilst riding them, effectively take them down with your near tooth-pick (in comparison) like blade? Didn't think so!
...of course I can't forget Marth (Fire Emblem/Smash Brothers) probably the most elegant use of a sword ever witnessed... oh yeah and did I mention he's effin GOD TIER in melee

The guy from Spartan Total Warrior (amazing game) with any of his swords, they all kicked ass anyway.
ok i just thought a cubic tonne couldnt be a measurment becuase a tonne is a weight and a cubic tonne would be a different amount of whatever object your measuring and i still dont see how to cube a weight so anyway that 2 cubed tonne sword would be huge really how big is it in the game?. and iv come up with a sword guy Valdis from dungeon seige 2. he probly isnt too tough its just his sword really.Fire Daemon said:
Felix/Isaac from Golden Sun (man I think about that game too much) with the Sol Blade. What can beat a sword that can send a sun to your enemies? And it is going to keep happening because of its naturally high crit, plus any awesome crit boosters. Plus, its unleash, Megiddo, just sounds cool and dates back, I'll say Mesopotamian times.
