the remake of final fantasy tactics had an amazing and beautiful intro


and the followup was amazing shame I cannot find a video of it...

Is ToS:Dawn of the New World any good? I've heard some bad things about it, so I've been avoiding it, but I love the first one.

Can't really say. I've seen the same mixed opinions, so there might be something I'm missing.

I loved it, though. I adapted to the whole monster recruitment dynamic, really enjoyed the combat system (sort of a cross between Symphonia's and Abyss' systems), appreciated the story (especially the villain, who's surprisingly more of a <color=white>really dark anti-hero), and got rather attached to Emil and Marta. The two of them start off kind of annoying (Emil practically defines "spineless," and Marta is a rather clingy fangirl), but even early on they have their moments of depth, and their overall character development and maturation is great. To say nothing of Ratatosk...

Besides, they add (excellent) voice acting to the Z-skits. The game is worth that alone.
