I really liked some of the newer Final Fantasy XIII trailers. Other picks include the PAX 08 Ubisoft trailers (namely prince of persia and Farcry 2), the live actor Fallout 3 one and the Kingdom Hearts II one. The Halo 2 and 3 trailers were pretty good too.

Assassin's Creed- Unkle(featuring Richard Ashcroft) version. This is 10x better than the Teardrop
Silent Hill 2 - Pyramid Head trailer where the music drops out to him dragging his blade along the corridoor of the school (screeeeeech).

My faves are probably the reveal trailers of Fallout 3 and Starcraft 2. Completely silent things apart from the music with a few words at the end that run chills down your spine.

Seconded, this is the best (non-team based) role play game ever made. I suggest you all try it as it's still great fun to play now years after it's release and is available to download buy all over the place. Stick some patches on it as it was released a little buggy.

Assassin's Creed adverts made my spine tingly.

That reminds me I've still got a Nosferatu game I've gotta wrap up.

Make sure you patch the game up best you can. I thought I had it patched the best I could, and I was still getting a fatal glitch on the Nosferatu campaign every time I tried to jump out the window of Alistair Grout's mansion. I think I fixed it now (after a reinstall of the whole game and using a different patch), but now I keep getting a giant "Node out of date. Disabling AI" message most times a new part of the level loads. It loads and everything works okay, except that the wandering NPC AI is disabled so no one will walk around anymore.

Which, considering the game and how the characters look, actually lends a really creepy atmosphere to the game.

But it's still stupid broken. Damn your rushed genius, Troika.

The trailer for the original Bioshock where he's fighting with the Big Daddy is probably the winner in that regard. I stumbled across it without ever having heard of the game and was instantly converted into a fanboy.
