Any character with whom the divine voice of Patrick Stewart, Stephen Fry and Morgan Freeman is lent to for the game.

..Also, System Shock. You know who I mean.

Doctor Freeeeeemaaaaan.

The voice for the Gman is just perfect. Christopher Lee, Stephen Fry and Jeremy Irons get notable mentions though, it was a tough decision.

*Edit* Damn it all, I forgot about Richard Burton.

Well look at that.
I'm ninja'd in the first post.

Yeah, Kain and Raziel have the best voices ever. No question.

But Stephen Fry comes in really close. I can listen to that man talk forever.

Draco, from the movie Dragon Heart.

Sean Connery has one of the sexiest voices I've ever heard. <3

I would say, the one voice I could listen to talking about any random nonsense forever is probably Gabriele Tosh from Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty.

However I also love:
Solid Snake (David Hayter) Metal Gear Solid Series
Jak (Jak & Daxter series)
Lelianna (Dragon Age: Origins)
Optimus Prime (Transformers)
Patrick Stewart (pretty much every role he has ever done)
Morgan Freeman (Particularly in Shawshank Redemption)
The guy on the radio in Mirrors Edge (he is always telling you about what the cops etc. are up to)
Revolver Ocelot (Metal Gear Solid series)
Mordecai (Sniper/hunter in Borderlands - get a lot of headshots to hear enough of it)
Glados (Portal)
Crypto Sporidium (Destroy All Humans!)
Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw (need I say more)
The guy who does the narration in loads of the recent Portal 2 videos (I think its John something but I may be wrong, its not Stephen Merchant)

And theres loads more, but I'm going to bed now.

Edit
Duke Nukem (John St. John or something)- "Hail to the King Baby" <-this line in particular (and yes I know it was ripped from that 80s zombie/action movie series but Duke does it with more style)
Adam Sessler (g4tv)
Kevin Kelly (g4tv)
Shale (Dragon Age: Origins)

Micheal Bell (Raziel from the Soul Reaver series)
Nolan North (This guy has a huge resumé! Nathan Drake in Uncharted, Desmond Miles in Assassin's Creed, etc)
Rick Gomez (Zack Fair in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and Crisis Core as well as Gippal from Final Fantasy X-2)
Reuben Langdon (Dante from the Devil May Cry series)
Daniel Southworth (Vergil from the Devil May Cry series)
Steve Burton (Cloud Strife in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children)
Gideon Emery (Fenris in Dragon Age II and Balthier in Final Fantasy XII)
Morgan Freeman
Patrick Stuart (Oblivion and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow... I think)
Jeremy Irons (Scar from Lion King)
Simon Templeman (Kain from the Legacy of Kain series)
Mike Rowe (Narrator in a few documentaries & shows, host of Dirty Jobs)
Liam Neeson

And many more.

NOTE: I'm not listing everything these actors have been in, just a few things I've seen/heard them in. Looking up their IMDB pages if you want a comprehensive list.

It's been said already, but:

Steve Blum

For a million reasons, and here are two of them:
Spike Spiegel (Cowboy Bebop)
Mugen (Samurai Champloo)

Let's be honest though, the winner of this thread should and will always be James Earl Jones.

I don't even have favorites. Just one.

Bruce Greenwood

He is, and always has been, exactly what I imagine God looks and sounds like.
