Dan looked back at Bridget and over to the two infected,
"Stay silent..." Dan grunted.
What is with her? She keeps on holding my hand...but I guess it's ok...
Dan grinned slightly,
"Bridget, I don't have a weapon." He said.
He looked around for something to use.

 

[Amzer]

Wolfe seemed amused by the beasts, as he took out his knife...Which he had cleaned recently, and slung his rifle on his back.
"Not much of a challenge...Though I don't trust the building, either." Wolfe said, before walking towards the store quickly.
He held the knife tightly in his hand, and laughed at the two beasts.

Bridget giggled as Dan was looking for a weapon.
Stay silent
"Dan, you can have your knife back. I won't be much use with it since I don't have much clothes" Bridget explained handing the weapon over to Dan.
Maybe they'll have a suit of armor in there

Dan took the weapon and let go of Bridget. He slowly walked over to Wolfe and stood beside him.
"Thanks."
The two beasts noticed them. Dan could almost see a grin on one of their faces. They both charged towards them. Dan stepped aside from one and stabbed it in the back. He pulled the knife and and sliced the back of the neck and turned to the second creature. A third emerged from a shattered window and joined the fight.

Bridget screamed to Dan.
"A third one's coming!"

 

[Amzer]

Wolfe seemed to be right there when it emerged.
"This'll be easy..."
He flipped the knife so he could stab the beast with ease.
He began to stab it in the chest, about twice, before flipping it again, and slicing across the beast's neck.
"See? Easy."

The last beast let out a sound similar to a laugh and sprinted towards Bridget.
Dan turned quickly and sprinted after it.
I can't let it get her.
The beast reached Bridget and threw a punch, but was cut short by the knife entering it's hand. Dan sliced diagonally, taking two of it's fingers and then slit it's throat.
"Bridget, are you ok?" He said putting the knife away and looking at her.

"I'm fine" Bridget laughed and walked up to the infected before kneeling down beside one. She gently put a hand on it and closed her eyes. She sat there for around thirty seconds before standing up and walking over to Wolfe.
"That was some amazing fighting" se said before looking to Dan.
"You too"
Bridget walked up to Dan and grabbing the knife. She grabbed his hand as well and dragged him to the doors.

Again?
Dan tagged along behind Bridget and made his way inside with the others. Inside it was dark, but a couple of lights were enough to light the way.
"Go ahead Bridget. Find some clothes."

 

[Amzer]

Wolfe put the knife back into it's sheath, and continued walking, sighing.
"All these people. Not understanding that miracles don't always, and in fact don't often come without some sort of throwback. This time it was rather serious..."
Wolfe continued walking onward, seeming to be careless, now.
The bastard is probably crawling around in here...And we're probably going to die. Happy thoughts.
They could see something crawl...And it was bleeding, dripping blood. It seemed to let out a small screech, as it went into the darkness that waited ahead...

Bridget dropped the knife and held onto Dan's hand tightly.
"The-Dark..." she stammered. "I can't go in there. it's too dark"
Just one step after another
She let out a shriek when the thing crawled inside too. She quickly ran out and sat against the wall outside, crying.

Dan retrieved the knife and followed Bridget back outside,
"Wolfe, take care of whatever that thing was!" He called back in.
He sat beside Bridget and slowly put an arm around her,
"Bridget, what's the matter? Wolfe can take care of anything in there. You don't need to fear the dark. I won't let anything happen to you."

 

[Amzer]

"Oh...Father...I know you're here..." Wolfe said, looking straight into the darkness.
"As I know you're here too...You...And your friends...
"How'd your own knife feel?"
With that, there was a louder screech from the darkness.
"Well...That made him mad...Just get clothes so we can get out of here."
"My own son...Stab me...for that...I will make your death...painful..."
Wolfe noticed the trail of blood leading into the darkness...
Lets hope he never leaves, shall we?

Bridget rested her head on Dan's shoulder, still crying.
"I'm sorry. It's just the dark is-I can't explain it" she said, looking back through the door.
I hope Wolfe is safe

"I understand. I panic when i'm in murky water, even if I know there's nothing in it."
He let her rest on his shoulder,
"So...what about Wolfe. What is he to you?" He asked,
I have the worst timing...

She giggled and blushed a little, wiping tears from her eyes.
"He's the exact opposite of you. Wolfe's the handsome man who saved me, and you're the handsome man I saved"

she laughed again and wiped the rest of her tears from her eyes and stood up, brushing off some dust from her panties. She walked over to the window and peered in but couldn't see anything.

"So when that thing was about to rip your face of and I killed it...that wasn't saving you?" He said half jokingly.
He stood and walked over beside her,
Why am I trying so hard? I don't even know her. And it looks like she likes that Wolfe guy anyway...
Dan felt suddenly depresed at the thought.

 

[Amzer]

Something leaped at the window. At Bridget. Wolfe wasn't far behind. He had stabbed it in the back. With his knife. His Father's knife. From what they could see, it was still wearing the strange uniform, but it was bloodstained, heavily bloodstained. Wolfe continued to chase what remained of his father around the store, until finally, his father crawled into an area where Wolfe couldn't see anything.
"We're LEAVING. Forget the clothes..." Wolfe practically yelled as he burst through the doors.
He seemed frantic, in a way.
"If my father's here, my mother won't be far behind...And I have no clue what she became..."
I hope that they don't follow us...Together...It'd be a fucking family reunion. Just without food, or celebration. Just death.
"You guys remaining safe is more important than clothing..."

Seeing Dan stand beside her, Bridget felt calm.
"I guess you did save me too" she mumbled slowly. Bridget stared into the darkness and tried to figure out what to do next.
Go inside?
Stay out here?
stay with Dan?
Go find Wolfe?
As the thing jumped at Bridget she fell back and screamed. Seeing Wolfe run out of the doors, she hurried behind him.
"Will they follow us?" she asked.

"We're not going back until we've got Bridget what she needs. Even if we have to search the entire city." Dan said with slight aggresion in his voice.
He took Bridget's hand and smiled at her,
"You ready?"
