I'm happy that they're taking moves to control it, but, I would prefer if they started making more arrests.

Here in the US there was a string of robberies done by teens across the midwest. They targeted cars that had stopped at traffic lights, they would attack the driver and make off with his or her wallets and other property while leaving the car. the police did it's best to stop it within the law but it only really stopped when two of kids were killed by drivers packing their own heat.
... Hearing reports of townsfolk protecting their own interests and neighbors and wondering at what point will the people decide to take matters into their own hands and get more violent than the rioters.
I think it's time for the poor and middle class around the world to rise up and demand a fair share. When 1% of the population has over 90% of the wealth there is something seriously wrong, especially if the government involved is supposed to be for the people....not just for the rich people.
I don't think rioting is the answer though, but something needs to be done to balance things a bit more or eventually people are going to force the issue.
