Well, considering that I live only a few minutes walk from the center of Hong Kong, if the bomb hits downtown I can safely say that I'm screwed.
Unless of course I'm at my school when the bombs hit. It's a literal fortress on a hillside, it's located south of Hong Kong island far from downtown, and its location will be relatively untouched by any fallout. I could just set up a post-apocalyptic community on that spot.

You would be safe from the blast wave more or less depending on the size of the bomb, but you would still have to evacuate, radiation travels pretty far, unless you're like 100KM away, you're going to be going away for a while.

You wouldn't be able to tell a difference, actually the city would probably be safer post-nuke. The closest major city to me is Detroit MI.
