The Closest Youve Been to Someone Whos not Human?

I've never had a good connection with someone apart from another human. Does this mean that i am a sad, sad kid?

If this is true, I'll join you in being sad. Perhaps we can wear black and write poetry about how sad we are.

I haven't had any real emotional connection to anything excluding a human or two, and was generally annoyed by the few pets we've had over the years >.>

I hate him, he's really annoying and meows his face off 24/7. But i still can't get angry at him D:

I just accept him for who he is (a whiny bugger), give him some food and a cuddle and run away before he starts meowing again!! :3
It still terrifies me that he'll have to go at some point :c

I had a tarantula named Ted. I had him for 10 years, which is a hell of a long time for a spider. He died a few weeks ago.

I had a pet tarantula, but my mom released him into our garden after 3 weeks. My cat probably ate him. :'(

I would say I'm very close to my dog and cat. They're pretty much family.

I've had him since before he opened his eyes, so I was the first thing he saw.

He follows me everywhere and we do communicate on a basic level, I know how to interpret his meows and he understands several words and my body language.

Also, if I want him to come in, all I have to do is call his name and he shows up in a couple of seconds.

my dachshund pup is cute, he's an old man somewhere around the age of 16. we talk. and there was this spirit about five years ago now, he kissed me. i felt it.

My families first dog used to walk me and my brother to kindergarten and come back, was very smart, very old and died when I was young but I'd say that was the closest I've been.

My dog, she and I are like roomates, she can open doors, put away her stuff, and what not but she expects me to do it. I actually argued with her when a couple of girls came by the house. they must have heard "I know you can do it you lazy fatass!" *arguementivebark* "don't play dumb with me!"

My first dog louie RIP and my second dog Potter (yes thats what we decided to call him) RIP both of them i had a real tight bond with and i feel sad whenever i see people and they're dogs. With my first dog i watched him get put to sleep and with my second one he got lime disease and i never got to say goodbye to him. my point is that i think people always have a special bond with a pet and its something that is not always able to be described with words

My Goldfish named Nemo (My niece named him/her) I've taught it tricks, it knows when it want's feeding and tells me by sucking up a pebble and shooting it at the fish tank. Also it can dance... yes I have a dancing Goldfish.

my old jack russle probably but she met an unfortunate end, it wasn't a road accident or anything but I dont think I could post it due to a.
